World class leading product support, response time/communication customer service. Went well beyond the helpful line, they have created a huge fan… I highly recommend this company and if you are fortunate enough to need their support I am sure that you will sing their praises too… if you don’t they might offer complimentary singing lessons.

Caudabe have great customer support. yesterday I filed for a warranty claim , caudabe answered the claim in 2 hours and after small chat i got new case on the way , In less than 24 hours after the warranty claim.
Very happy with them. Not many companies have service as good and fast as theirs.
Besides having good products, the service leaves you with a good experience.

Galaxy S26 Ultra Sheath case is a highly recommended item. Why? Because it is built with so much thought on protecting your phone. Especially the Aesthetics on the case is unreal. Generally my experience was very good. First case I ordered the sheath for iPhone 17 pro came even sooner than I was expecting. I was not fond of the way it feels in hand which is a preference so I decided to exchange it for the Paragon. The whole time while I was contacting the support they were very helpful and caring, gave me instructions how to proceed and what to do. Overall experience was quite amazing and I would recommend it to everyone.

I’ve relied on Caudabe since 2017, and they never disappoint. Their products are top tier, and the two year warranty shows they really stand behind their quality.

I recently purchased a Caudabe Sheath case and a Caudabe Crystal Elite AR screen protector for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I have owned every iPhone series ever made and have used cases and screen protectors from many companies over the years. My recent experience and case/screen protector I purchased from Caudabe are the best I have owned. Both the screen protector and case were easy to install, and the screen protector went on fast and, most importantly, was flawless the first time around. The case has buttons that you can customize (I chose to do this), and they swap in under a minute and fit perfectly. The case itself is well-made, will protect the phone, screen, and camera lenses from drops and falls. And best of all, it has a slightly dimpled finish that makes it SO much easier to grip your phone, yet it still slides easily in and out of your pocket. This is a game-changer, especially for a larger phone. It fully protects the camera lenses by surrounding them, rather than leaving a massive opening around the camera area. Finally, wireless charging with MagSafe works perfectly, even better than it did with my original Apple-branded case.

I purchased my products directly from Caudabe, and they were shipped almost immediately after my purchase, came with tracking, and were delivered quickly and fully protected. Caudabe uses recyclable packaging that goes far beyond most competitors' products, with only two pieces of plastic in the entire box: one to protect the screen protector glass during installation and one to hold your phone while installing the screen protector. The case had no plastic in the box at all. I appreciate that the company took the time to think about this, and it's another reason I can recommend their products.

I have been using their cases since I had my iPhone 14 and I can honestly say that these are the best cases on the market. I have dropped my phone several times and my phone was always in tact They back their product's with a two year warranty and the customer service is Top notch.

This is my first time ordering from Caudabe. I recently upgraded to a 17 Pro max and wanted good protection and Caudabe was my choice. The customer service has been excellent. Ordered the Sheath case for my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, and it has been the best phone case I have ever had. Grippy enough without being too grippy, precise cutouts around the cameras and ports, durable, and nice clicky buttons. I will definitely be getting another one. Thanks, guys!

When i received my iPhone 17 Pro Max back in October, I had already decided on buying the Veil frosted case from Caudabe. Its an amazing case. However, im the type of person that likes to switch cases. After a few months, I noticed my Veil case started to fit a bit looser and a gap started to develop.

So i gave an email to Caudabe customer support just to see if there was anything that can be done. I was contacted by Robin A. She was fantastic and absolutely helpful! She recommended to me the Sheath and Synthesis as other buyer of the Veil switched to those. I had some knowledge of the alternative from youtube and was intrigued by he Sheath. But changed my mind and decided i liked the Synthesis more.

So Robin A gave me the option of either replacing my Veil case with another Veil or the Synthesis. I told her Id like to switch to the Synthesis. She then proceeded to email me an invoice to pay the difference and everything was done!

Robin again was super helpful!!

Although I didn't keep the phone case because I had a problem with the delivery of my new device from Samsung. I initiated a return for my Caudabe Sheath and customer support made the return seamless. Communication was fast and responsive. They sent a return label. Upon receiving my return they initiated the refund promptly. For reference I received the phone case on Monday March 9th. Immediately contacted them for a return. Within the hour I had a reply from them and they sent a return label. Return was sent out by me next day. By Friday March 13th they already have received it and initiated the refund. It's simple things like that can really make or break consumer experience. I definitely would recommend them to friends and family.

Five stars for Caudabe! Their commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. I had an issue recently, and the way they handled it was seamless and incredibly helpful. Between the premium quality of their cases and this level of support, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

If you’re reading reviews because you aren’t sure if you want to buy a Caudabe case yet, I’m the one to tell you to buy it.
When I purchased my iPhone 17 pro max I wanted to be sure to buy a solid case, I watched plenty of youtube videos and they all led me to the Caudabe Sheath. I bought it, received it and was immediately impressed. Premium eco-friendly packaging, incredible case texture, clicky buttons and the cleanest looking case I’ve ever seen.
Now I’m not going to lie, there was the slightest problem. One of the corners was a teeny bit loose. So I contacted them and within 24 hours they sent me a new case. No questions asked.
No phone case brand is going to be perfect, you’re guaranteed to have slight production errors on large quantities, but no brand will handle it more professionally, smooth and straightforward than Caudabe.

Buy a Caudabe product. You. Won’t. Regret. It.

Ordered my case 3 weeks ago it showed as in stock. Nothing for 10 days so thought I would follow up. They said oh yes sorry we don’t have that you’ll need to wait if you want that colour. I said that’s a bit rubbish weren’t you going to tell me? They said sorry you’ll get it next week. It’s now the week after next week. I don’t have it and they haven’t answered my email asking where it is. They can do much better than this I’m sure.

I ordered a Sheath case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max on February 14th. It is now March 10th, and I am still without my order and, more importantly, without any real information.
The tracking has been completely frozen since February 21st (last seen in Detroit, USA). That is 17 days without a single update. When I reached out to customer support, I was met with nothing but generic, "copy-paste" template replies telling me to "be patient" and to "check with my local post office."
I followed their advice and contacted the French Post (La Poste), who formally confirmed they have no record of this package and that it is the sender’s responsibility to launch an investigation. Despite relaying this to Caudabe, they refuse to take accountability for what is clearly a lost package.
It is scandalous to leave a customer in the dark for nearly three weeks while holding their money. If you are an international customer, be warned: their logistics are unreliable and their "support" is just a series of automated excuses.

I’ve recently switched to Caudabe from dbrand, and their response to a minor fitment issue on my iPhone 17 Pro Max was world-class. Instead of the usual "send a video" runaround, they immediately acknowledged a batch tolerance issue and shipped a replacement Synthesis in Abyss Blue the same day. In an industry of generic plastics, it’s refreshing to find a team that obsesses over the "vacuum fit" as much as I do. Proper engineering, even better service.
