Solid customer support!
I ordered the wrong case for my phone, and since I'm based in EU I thought it was gonna be a huge hassle to do an exchange or refund, but the support was quick and super helpful, going out of their way to make things easier for me and everything was done within a day almost. Really appreciate good and clear communication like this. All of that while the product is very classy with very good packaging!

I recently needed to process a refund with Caudabe and I was genuinely impressed by the speed and quality of their customer support. The whole process was seamless, communication was clear and friendly, and the refund was handled incredibly quickly. Sarah from the support team was particularly helpful and professional. It’s rare to experience such efficient service — Caudabe clearly puts their customers first. Highly recommended!
Misleading billing and disappointing product quality
I had a disappointing experience with Caudabe.
First, the billing documentation was problematic. The PDF “invoice” they sent was missing basic seller billing details, and the amounts were listed in USD even though the checkout and payment were clearly in EUR. This creates unnecessary complications for accounting and makes the document look incomplete and inconsistent with the actual transaction.
Second, the product quality does not match the premium image the brand tries to project. The case feels like very cheap plastic and seems prone to cracking much sooner than expected. Overall, the materials feel low-quality and “cheap,” despite the fact that the product is nicely branded, marketed, and packaged.
In short, the branding and presentation are polished, but the documentation and the actual product quality do not live up to the expectations set by the brand or the price.

annoyed to satisfied in just a few days
I was mad because i had trouble with the new case and buttons i had added on at checkout and Jane from customer service helped troubleshoot the issues and made it right. i went from being upset to 100 percent satisfied and will definitely do business again. i got the orange case for iphone 17 with the black button add ona and the screen protector. tip- if the screen protector has bubbles just be patient it actually took a while to get the bubbles out but once it was done there have been no issues. also, make sure to note that the iphone 17 buttons do not have a camera button included so do not remove the camera control button when adding the new buttons!
The best iPhone case!
Simply awesome case! The sheath feels rock solid in the hand as well as very durable. It fits like a glove to my new iPhone 17 Pro. The camera is very well protected. The customer service is great too and they get back to you immediately if there is any issue. Thank you, Caudabe. You will be my go to place for cases from now on.
Paragon Precise
Excellent product - the Paragon Precise is the best iPhone case I’ve had. Customer service is excellent and fast - warranty replacement was very smooth too. Would highly recommend.
Don’t buy from this company
I ordered a cover for my iPhone 17 pro two weeks ago and haven’ received it yet. For the past week, the status in the tracking system has been unchanged being that it has left China. And yes it is produced in China. The package has allegedly been on it's way for two and a half weeks and is not even in the possession of the local distributor yet.
When Costumer Service answers me, They are polite, but they Are not answering my questions and now they just stopped answering at all.

Great cases and even better customer service
I own 3 different Caudabe cases and I love the quality and feel of all of them. The Sheath is my favorite for my iPhone 17 Pro. The texture and the thickness of this case strike a perfect balance between comfort in hand and protection. The reason I wanted to write this review is because Caudabe has excellent customer service. They make returns super easy and respond quickly, unlike other companies of this size. The customer service alone is worth paying full price for a phone case. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality phone accessories.

Caudabe offers excellent cell phone accessories. I’ve been using their cases for years, with the sheath and synthesis being 2 of my favorites. They made meaningful changes to the sheath for the iPhone 17 rollout and it shows. The cases look nice and feel great in hand. They have changeable buttons to allow you to customize your case to your liking. Their return process is efficient as well, and their customer service team is prompt and professional. I’ve found caudabe a great company to provide phone accessories and will continue using their cases.
Sheath and Elite AR
I’m extremely satisfied with the Sheath; the build quality, the precision of the cutouts, and the material are even better than I expected! Same goes for the AR glass—even knowing it's there, it's impossible to tell. The only giveaway is that there are actually fewer reflections than on the original screen

Sheath: love this case and service
Got the Sheath and love this case! I can’t say enough about the quality of this case - and the customer service. I dropped it (my fault) directly on the camera button and it cracked. I emailed them and asked if I could buy a replacement button, and to my surprise, they shipped one to Singapore for free. Now that’s service!

I recently discovered Caudabe from YouTube and ordered a case. While expensive, the attention to detail was incredible. I initially started with the Paragon case for the iPhone 17 pro. The sleek modern design, tight fit, and great materials used really shows you get what you pay for, this is a premium product. I ended up order 2 more cases, 1 paragon for my brother and 1 Sheath for myself.
Recently, I’m not sure how but one of my cases developed a blemish. Customer service team was awesome and offered me some advice however they didn’t work. Right away, they sent me a new case as a replacement! Incredible service!

Cases are nice but took over a week to get delivered. Then they uses the cheapest shipping service offered by usps so the dont deliver on Sundays. For what you pay for its ridiculous they don't value the customers that keep food on their tables.
