Very Good Clinic

I've been a patient at CB1 for a several months, I have complex medical history requiring a lot of medication. I've replaced some of my conventional meds for cannabis resulting in an improvement in my Qol. Very happy with CB1

It’s good but if you vape it’s expensive I have mine only at night but if it was for pain I would imagine you’d be looking at £70 a day for one cartridge

No complaints at all, I order my medication from their pharmacy list of what they have available, I usually order on a Sunday and its delivered on Wednesday. I've been a patient for 4 months.

Broken devices leaking onto furnishing…

Broken devices leaking onto furnishing and clothing, parts falling out leading to choking hazards. Delays of over a week for medication after ordering. Team often unhelpful and require chasing constantly when issues happen, which since I joined in July has been every single month. Left without medication before a hospital procedure. Promised all the support and help over the phone, as soon as it went to actually sorting? Nope. Nothing we agreed to verbally on phone they were adhere too. Reported to CQC this morning. Please be careful using this clinic if you have high health needs as they are not equipped to handle the care and should not be offering it.

Doesn't care about Patients

My experience with CB1 hasn't been great. The customer service I've experienced isn't even worth 1 star, if I could give a lower score, then I would. As of today I will be looking for a new medical cannabis provider and clinic. The Drs themselves with CB1 are very good, but it's all let down by the pharmacy and the enquiries contact. After emailing the Pharmacy regarding medication availability, it had taken almost a week to confirm stock levels and to orde repeat medication (as it's impossible to get the same medication continuity) It was confirmed by a manager who is now away getting married, I would be contacted about this medication but again I have received no contact regarding this and have been put into a position where I now need to go to black market sources for medication. I know other medical cannabis users with different companies, and they are not experiencing these issues with medication or bring provided with information in a timely manner. I was asked to give CB1 one more chance (they have let me down on a number of occasions, not just this time) How many chances do you want me to give you.......

The process was far less daunting than imagined and the results of the medication far more effective, more immediate and with far less deleterious effects than I’d suffered from previous typical prescriptions

Having tried four different medical…

Having tried four different medical cannabis clinics over past three years, I can honestly say CB1 is the best by a considerable way. They have a comprehensive range of products available, making it easy to select another product if others are unavailable. Other clinics I’ve tried didn’t offer such a range, they suggest a couple of alternatives, not access to every available product. Someone is always available on phone when needed, again others you have to email and wait for reply. If you’re looking to try medical cannabis or switch from another clinic, CB1 is certainly the clinic I would recommend.

1st Appointment cancelled same day

1st Appointment cancelled same day. They set one up for the next day. This triggered anxiety they was late for the 2nd appointment and left me waiting which caused anxiety. The dr then triggered me using certain words. I was then refused the medicine. I’m a veteran and Jimmy Savile survivor who knows how the medicine works and helps me day to day but they booted me off next day. Do not trust these

Prompt responses to any queries. Medical staff were knowledgeable, polite and helpful.
Product arrived quickly, and I'm happy with it's effect. I'm mostly taking it to help my insomnia, so far, I've only one poor night since I started taking CB1.

Tried to order repeat prescriptions

Tried to order repeat prescriptions. No stock available of my gummies and usual oil. I have about a week left. Spoke to the pharmacy team as advised. Waste of time. I am trying to order in good time and I will be left without any oils until at least November when they expect an update. Other supplies considerably more expensive for 2/3 rds of the amount 20ml which I cannot afford. As a supply chain manager, this really should not happen if manufacturer and suppliers are working together, and if shortages are known about, obtaining comparable stock from elsewhere might be a good idea. Not impressed.

What a joke they are . Think it's acceptable leaving a patient ten days without medication. My own doctor wouldn't do that to a patient. Forget this company helping with mental health because they will just make it worse

I heard about the medical cannabis route from a friend by word of mouth, and after doing my own research, I decided on cb1Medical and I'm really glad that I did, as the service is top-notch, from the initial phone call, the consultation call, which was thorough without being unpleasant, and the follow-up consultation call after the receieving and consuming my first batch of medication was all positive.
The App is very good and relatively straightforward, and the products on offer are both varied and impressive. I've found them to be very beneficial to me medically as such, I'm really happy and grateful to have found them. I'd certainly recommend them without hesitation, and finally, the staff on the phones are really helpful and empathetic.
