My experience with Consumer Debtor Protection of Canada Ltd.(CDPCL)
has been very positive. Staff assisted me in preparing a consumer proposal for the payment of my debts. Special thanks to to Sylvia and Manoj for the understanding they have shown me during the process.

I highly recommend, i was in debt where i was paying and getting no where. Cdpc has hrlp mr get to a payment and a budget i can manage. Where im not falling behind and rebuilding mu credit. Friendly and make you feel very comfortable talking about your debit

First of all, for those of you reading this, I am a normal person just like you. I am a very satisfied customer who was fortunate enough to find CDPCL who was able to help me. I never imagined I would ever write a review about anything, but here I am today and I hope this will convince you that CDCPL is worthy of your trust.

I am a nervous type of person. I worry for the slightest thing, so you can imagine how I felt when I found myself in a situation that I absolutely needed help with. I contacted CDCPL after running a search on the internet. I decided to call them after reading reviews on this site. I first spoke with Ms. Beatriz Sadoughi, a very kind, patient and understanding person, who took the time to explain to explain things in detail. Being nervous and having problems to think straight, she always took the time to reassure me and to repeat until I understood. Once the basic information was taken, I got help from another very nice and knowledgeable person. Ms. Sylvie Akinbinu, my case manager, took the time to explain things again, making sure I would understand. She called me every week and called me each time a creditor called or needed information. Seeing how nervous I was, she always reassured me and told me that everything would be fine, and it did! I sent all the information CDCPL needed as soon as possible, and this is very important, and she immediately started working on my case. If she needed something, she contacted me. I can't thank her enough for keeping me informed and reassuring me to making sure I would not imagine the worse. She took care of all the documents and sent them to the right people, who have also reassured me and have now submitted my consumer proposal.

I am not nervous anymore. I don't feel like the world is crashing all around me and I don't jump anymore each time the phone rings. To Sylvie and Beatriz, there aren't enough "Thank you" that I can say to express my gratitude for everything you have done, especially your understanding and patience.

If you need help, CDCPL can be trusted. They will help you!
