If you want a nice but useless phone,take this nubia z17mini s from cect shop.Ok for the extra duties charges around 30euro via DHL Express...but the phone has seriously problems.The battery does'nt take long to abandon you meanwhile the temperature is able to burn your hand in case you surf more than a couple of minutes.Something wrong with the rom firmware or God khnow what is all about.You should not sell phone like that unless you provide solutions.

I purchased a Xiaomi Mi 8 from CECT in July and have been very happy with the device. In August I had a problem relating to the phone charger. I contact CECT and received a quick reply, they were more than willing to address and help me with my problem. I would highly recommend using CECT if you want to get affordable devices from China and also have the piece of mind that if any problems arrise they will be fixed quickly!

Good price, delivery time okay, good tracking.
The shipment was sent out ca. 2 days after order (as DHL-tracking), some porblems with EU customs occured, because they didn't price it rightly, so tax was too high. The packaging of the smartphone was opened by cect-shop before and damaged lightly, I don't know if it was damaged by customs or cect-shop.

Ordered a phone from their website after reading positive reviews.
Delivery took very long (>20 days, but no additional tariffs to pay, provider OWS) and my parcel was held back in London due to some security issue with the container. CECT support reacted quickly to my inquiries (email) and was overall very good. Phone finally arrived, well packed and excellent condition. Recommend this shop!

Amazing experience
I bought a Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s from CECT-Shop, and it was shipped out within the declared timeframe. They provided me with a tracking number, so I was always able to see where my parcel was. It was also delivered to me within the declared time frame.
When I contacted their support for a question, they responded fastly (one has to keep in mind that their timezone is different from mine, so one has to expect a little delay with the reply if you send an email when their shop is closed)
When I received my parcel, it was carefully packed and it included a checklist from CECT-Shop, with which they checked the phone for functionality.
Thank you for your amazing service and I'll be sure to order again from you guys, once I decide to buy a new phone from Xiaomi ;)

Shipping can take up to four weeks and in China it can take up to 6 weeks until Onda receives, checks and returns the device to us. As in any other case, we also had to give your tablet to Onda to check exactly what the problem is and how it was caused. We are an online shop doing business since 2006 and we certainly do not scam or fraud any of our customers! As you have written, you paid with PayPal and even for PayPal it can take up to four weeks to review a dispute case. Furthermore, it happens unfortunately sometimes, like in your case, that a phone or tablet arrives at our customers place and it does not work properly. This can have many reasons which we are not able to influence. Nevertheless, we try to keep them to a minimum and e.g. check all devices we ship out personally before. We also wrap and pack them well to assure no transport damage. Again, we are very sorry for the trouble and waiting time in your case. Thank you for your attention. Your CECT-Shop Team.

Good service as a free UK adapter
Good service and even added a UK adapter for free for my Yota phone 3.
The phone came from outside the EU so FedEx had to charge over £100 in tax.
Chinese New Year meant delayed delivery but Cect shop were up front about this. I needed to email once to check the order status when they changed fron DHL to FedEx and Cect shop responded immediately.

My firts time with cect-shop.com
My order (a Meizu Pro 7 High Edition smartphone) arrived quickly.
Packaged very well (in a box), protected by a blister pack inside.
Parcels delivered with signing
Fast delivery from China.
The product was as described on the website.
The after sales support is fast.
I have not yet tested the support after sale, but as the smartphone comes with a Custom ROM, I think I will have to call on them to fix some bugs.
I will complete my opinion later.
