I ordered a product which was advertised as getting rid of moles. I received a package but the product was a product to get rid of acne. Needless to say I WASN'T happy. I am a senior citizen with perfect skin :). have been going back in forth since 8/9/25 with Lisa who is the "customer service" person who has yet to agree that they did not send the ordered product . I have sent pictures of the box I ordered which clearly claims its for moles.The product I received is for ACNE. They want me to send the product to their warehouse in China - AT MY EXPENSE- before they can reimburse me!! Its a 34$ product - I don't know what the postage would cost nor don't know if it will get there - I feel I am being scammed. They acknowledged they did not have a REPLACEMENT product!! What is the problem? They did not send the ordered product - they apparently do not have a replacement - So, I am to accept an acne product - lose the expense of product - and send back the package at my expense of a product I cannot use.
They are taking advantage of a senior citizen on fixed income who just wanted to buy a product to help with moles! Moles and acne are not the same issues. If I wasn't so angry I would laugh.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Oh of course,$ 35 might not seem like a lot of money to some but, it is to me. And, If they do this to hundreds or thousands of people???? Nice profit!

I bought the wrong product and sent an enquiry about getting a refund. Same day response and refund without question.

Did something wrong When I purchased. Still got it. Everyone is very Kind. (Even asked me for a refund) a 5/5

Cedara was great although I’m still waiting for tech support for the mod I got to help get it working. They even close unresolved tickets.

I bought a menu from them and I had a nearly instant delivery, the support team is also really great, treats the customer in a perfect way and is fast to reply (had to open a ticket because of another product).

Order was meant to be automatic delivery but I think I did something wrong on my part, went to discord support and they were quick to reply for such a small support team. Order was received in the end and was happy with the service and the fast response, helped with my issue quicker than I expected with no struggles. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

i was sketched out at first but i trusted the process and it turned out okay. i recieved all the login info quickly, the whole thing was easy to setup and it all worked great in gta online. would recommend this menu to anyone who buys

key was delivered to the wrong address because i typed it in wrong and support helped me fix it so very good support and otherwise the key wouldve arrived quick

Selling cheats that are highly detected and don’t even work, wouldn’t recommend north stay away at all cost.

The north loader didn’t let me remove there custom loader boot for windows it then bricked my pc after trying to repair it

had some problems with receiving the product by using paypal but staff was very helpful and received it within 1 hour
