Very great support through Discord. Without knowing of any delays I sent money for an order through PayPal but using my bank instead of a card, therefore sending it as an e-check which took 4-5 days to clear. It also turned out that I sent it as Goods and Services rather than sending it as Friends and Family. On Discord I quickly got assured that I would get my problem resolved once the e-check was cleared so they could refund my order. Sadly Cedara got banned from Paypal, meaning they would never receive the money. Yet on discord I was quickly assured that I would still receive the product. This is probably the best experience I’ve had purchasing a product. Thank you!
