Placed an order in mid August and payed for express delivery. Contacted this company about 8 or more times via email, no response and no goods received. Also no confirmation email of purchases. I payed with pay pal so have contacted them and still no refund or contact.
Ordered goods middle of august for my daughters birthday party which was held in the 2nd weekend in september. I even rang to check that with covid issues in sydney the goods would likely make it to brsibane in time. They did not. Despite repeated phone calls and emails nobody with a hint of authority has ever contacted me about my goods or about a refund despite numerous requests.
