The worst company ever

I don’t understand why Zalando is working with them. I’m waiting 10 days for a delivery that should go to their own delivery point. No excuses of not being home etc… The package didn’t move for 2 days saying there’s an incident while all information is clear. So I can forget wearing that NYE outfit :-( Trying to make contact with a human being is just about impossible, help tabs on the website take you round and round in frustrating circles. It’s super frustrating and now I’ll have to stop buying at Zalando to avoid this terrible company.

These types of companies should not exist!

I don't understand why companies like zalando use couriers like Celeritas .... a scam, customer service impossible to contact, website that is a waste of time.

I am waiting for a package to be collected for more then a week.

Reading from their website seem they tried to collect but I was not at home the last 3 times they attempt and this an absolute lie. Companies like that should not have business.

Doesn’t even deserve one star … but had…

Doesn’t even deserve one star … but had to click that to make the review. The worse customer service ever, trying to make contact with a human being is just about impossible, help tabs on the website take you round and round in frustrating circles. A waste of time company, my package was never delivered and returned to sender. Plenty of other half decent delivery companies out there means if you have a choice don’t bother with this one.

the worst company ever

I have been waiting for the package for 2 weeks, it is always on delivery, surely they have lost it and no one notifies me... Zero customer support!

Horrible company

They lie and say that they attempted delivery when they don't even come to your house at all. Every time I try to track packages, their website says that "We have problems identifying your package" and it won't give me any updates as to where my package is.

Worst logistics company I have seen

Worst logistics company I have seen. Lie about address being invalid. Don't call if lost. Lie to sender about delivery days. Waited in twice now with no delivery! Ruined a birthday party and no apology or contact.

Terrible

Terrible, didn't even attempt to deliver. Re-arranged and didn't attempt. Then said I refused the delivery.

Must be a scam company charging to deliver and return to shop without attempting.

Son unos mentirosos y nunca hacen caso

Son unos mentirosos y nunca hacen caso. No vienen a recoger ni entregar pedidos. Peor servicio de todas las agencias de transporte que he visto.

They are liars. They never listen to you. They never come pick up parcels or drop them. They have the worst service of all transport agencies I've dealt with.

Do Celeritas learn from their errors…

Do Celeritas learn from their errors and the comments from the customers?

Twice used to collect a package from my home. Received message stating date and between times of 9am and 7pm. for collection
1st time never appeared for 1 month 4 days. They used every excuse under the sun. Best one was heavy traffic when Valencia TV news reported it was one of the lightest traffic days in the year!

2nd time message received stating date and between 9am and 7pm. Needless to say. they never appeared again. They had my telephone number and full address but never bothered to telephone to say sorry it will be tomorrow or arrange another date.

CELERITAS Manners and courtesy cost nothing and gain respect but continual let downs undermines faith in you. Trading since 2006 surprises me that you are still in existence. Celeritas open your eyes your company needs better management and a good shake up, from the top down to the couriers.

Addendum. Since the review yesterday and contact made with Celeritas by Amazon.es saying they had let the same client down a second time. Today Celeritas telephoned me saying they were on their way and by 10am packet collected by a polite young man

This is the worst transport company and…

This is the worst transport company and reading through 99% of negative reviews on here I see the company has not changed anything about their ways and horrific customer service. I ordered a parcel from Zalando to my Spanish address. According to the tracking info the delivery was attempted 3 times but funny enough I was here 24/7 and this was untruthful. You had my number but refused to contact me according to one of your customer service reps as it is not a Spanish number. Have you not ever heard of foreigners living in Spain? Have you woken up to the fact that the EU is international and you must make an effort to contact all customers regardless of their foreign number? This for me is absolutely unacceptable. So I re arranged delivery to a celeritas point 20 minutes away. A customer service rep reassured the parcel would arrive the next day at the point. When I arrived there, I was told they did not receive the package. The next day I drove to the point again and was told that the point does not accept any deliveries of parcel from Celeritas any more due to Covid but they accept returns parcels. Where is the logic here? After all the hassle the parcel was sent back and you wasted my time, my phone bill and petrol for nothing. I truly hope you finally learn from all these bad reviews because you can not tell me all these customers are wrong or that you lose your license if not.
