Dont waste your Time or Money!
I was forced to use this courier company by a seller from Amazon.es
And as the rest of the reviews show on TRUSTPILOT. This company failed to contact me via all available means, ie: telephone, email, phone call, to request a pick time and date, which they state is company procedure before accepting a delivery.
I will ensure i never use this company again.
Lesson Learnt!
NO DELIVERY, NO UPDATE/TRACKING, NOT POSSIBLE TO CONTACT
I placed an order with Shein on April 25th. I can see that the package arrived to Madrid, Spain on May 12th with the tracking of CACESA POSTAL. Last update on May 13th says "END CUSTOM CLEAR PROCESS (GREEN CHANNEL)". I believe they only handle the custom process and the carrier Celeritas is supposed to pick it up and handle the delivery from there. It is not possible to contact Celeritas via phone or email(no reply in over 2 weeks) and their online tracking is not working, asking for the post code and not updating. I understand that there are delays due to the Corona situation but it's very frustrating to not be able to get in contact and being asked to wait when it has been over one and a half month. Is Celeritas still even operating?? I just want to get a confirmation exactly where my package is and when it will be delivered!! How long are you supposed to wait before raising a complaint/reclamation?? Shein can not give any further information and gives a copy-paste reply to keep waiting...
EDIT: My package has arrived today June 12th. It has been re-labeled and delivered by Correos. No update was ever informed about the change of carrier by Shein or Celeritas. I'm happy for finally receiving the package but disappointed with the lack of communication.

After 3 weeks I’m still waiting a package that had to arrive within 2-4 days after the purchase.
Still no news, no updates, NOTHING! I’ve been texting them everyday and they can’t tell anything... the most annoying thing is the fact that I can’t do anything else from my side.
