I purchased 4 beautiful items over Christmas 3 necklaces and a bracelet unfortunately 1 necklace lost the gromit out the ball to thread the chain through, after contacting the company I was pleasantly surprised how helpful they were with my scenario and customer service was 5* in resolving the problem many thanks Celeste Adore one very happy customer who will be returning and leaving this review I hope helps others in trusting your excellent service

Great experience- however with this special clasp unfortunately it’s already lost the charm since it easily becomes undone :( great quality items beautiful stuff.

I had an amazing experience with this jeweler from start to finish. They truly catered to all my wants from the very beginning — carefully listening to my ideas, taking care of the design I envisioned, and offering their own thoughtful suggestions on what would look best. Their communication was prompt and clear throughout the entire process, and they made sure to clarify every detail. I really appreciated that they even sent me a draft of the design before their crafting team moved forward with the final piece, which made me feel confident and involved. When I received the necklace, I was beyond satisfied — it turned out beautiful and I absolutely loved it. Highly recommend!

My order came quickly, and the pieces look as pictured online. I would order from Celeste Adore again.

The necklaces are beautiful, both my partner and i wear them all the time and we both have very active lifestyles and they are perfect still.

There was an issue with the delivery of my product. Stephanie was sympathetic to the situation and was very easy to deal with. My pieces are also beautiful 🩷

I purchased 2 necklaces as we have twin granddaughters. One letter has already come off. So I’m not entirely pleased and she is very upset.
Pls let me know how we can get this resolved so we have a happy granddaughter.

Love the necklaces, I bought my sister's and nieces one for Christmas. When I had an issue with one of the necklaces it was resolved quickly. Brilliant customer service.

Do not order from this company if want a gift to arrive in time . Ordered a birthday gift for my daughter confirmed 20 th December , birthday 27 th December . Now is 10 th January still haven’t received . Disgraceful service now on
21 days since ordering . Had it buy something to replace the gift , the least they could have done is offer a full refund but refused to do that . And I wouldn’t of felt the need to write this review as would just give it as an extra belated gift

Jewellery is lovely. However ordered as a gift in November in order to have as a Christmas present and according to their time frames I should have had this gift a week in advance at least. In fact they were still advertising ordering their Jewellery a week after this to be in time for Christmas. Very disappointed not to have something for my kris kindle on Christmas day. Jewellery took a month and a day to arrive. Juat be aware when ordering a gift for an occasion

My pieces were delayed due to an issue with the courier, but Stephanie was very responsive and helpful immediately stepping in to do what she could in order to help. I was very happy with the pieces when they were delivered and can’t say enough about the excellent customer service!!

I had such a lovely experience with the customer service at Celeste Adore. They were extremely responsive and accommodating after I placed my order and all the way through delivery.

Then I received the product. It is absolutely beautiful and just as the website describes. I ordered 10 name necklaces for my nieces as gift. They and their mums were equally impressed with this beautiful gift.

All around just a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this company!

Not great value for money. Jewellery was advertised as very high quality and hand made pieces however arrived shipped from China and charm feels thin and cheaply made and doesn’t really look like pictures.

Very slow delivery times.Ordered on the 13th Dec hoping to be able to get before Christmas but didn’t arrive due to coming from China.

Bit disappointed with order overall

Ordered "name" necklace at the beginning of Dec.. for present.. it didn't arrive till after Xmas..
But to be fair
It was an unusual Name so took a bit longer I'd say..
They did touch base with me to say it was in the workshop being crafted..
I'm delighted with the Necklace..
It is absolutely Beautiful..
Just give enough time for order..
