I had the most amazing experience with Celeste Adore and honestly can’t recommend them enough.

I ordered a personalised initial necklace and then decided I wanted to add another initial. I emailed them to ask how to do this and they were so unbelievably helpful - they replied quickly, sent me direct links, and even sent me a video showing me exactly how to add the extra charm.

Shipping was super fast, the price is amazing for the quality, and it was packaged so beautifully. The necklace itself is absolutely stunning too. Such high quality and just so pretty.

I also reached out after it arrived with a question about the chain length and they were so kind and accommodating in helping me sort it out. The customer care is genuinely amazing, I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it. I will never purchase jewellery from anywhere else at this point!! 🩷

The pieces were beautiful, well made and unique.
Be mindful if ordering to Europe that you do so with plenty of time before the item is needed as it is coming from Australia. My item 1 month to arrive due to the Christmas period.

Great product. Delivery was a problem, didn’t come when you said it would. This caused problems as I was going away and it arrived the day after I left. Since it was a Christmas present, this was very disappointing.

Good communication and great product just a delay in transport but otherwise great all around !

I didn’t receive my order in time for Christmas and that was completely my own fault as I hadn’t read the delivery times properly on the website. What made all the difference was the care and communication. Stephanie kept me updated every step of the way and it genuinely felt so personal and thoughtful.
When the jewellery arrived it was absolutely worth the wait. The necklaces are beautiful and even more special in real life. I gifted one yesterday and the recipient was completely over the moon which meant so much to me.
