This is a scam company from China
The product (needles) is not packed in a sanitary way. Normally needles need to be packed individually in a sealed bag so that there is absolutely no risk of contamination. Celestia sends their needles in a carton box which you can open and close with no problem.
They say you can return the product for free (but only unopened) if you don’t like it. However, it is shipped from China and you need to send it back to China as well on your own and pay for it.
They also offer to refund 20% of the costs without shipping it to China but then there is a ‘bank issue’ which they can give you no more information about, no payment reference, nothing that you can consult your bank with.
It is a typical scam where you get ‘white label’ product made in China which does not meet EU sanitary requirements. Do not buy any of their products.
