Phony products—BEWARE!!

These products are phony and the consumer protection agency should be all over this firm. Their Venus facial peel put little lumps under my skin that took days to get rid of. I gave it 4 tries and the same thing happened each time. I threw away the jar nearly 3/4 full. This is the worst skin care line on the market. I am guessing Celestolite knows they are selling snake oil and that’s why they have to employ slick sales people in pop up locations like conventions because no credible retailer will carry their crappy products. I have reported this firm to the Better Business Bureau. They should be put out of business.

REALLY IRRITATING AND PRESSURING STAFF

I was pulled in off the street on the Kings Road as the guy asked me if I like organic and to come in the store while he finds something organic for me. He then pulls out a chair for me, sits in front of me and proceeds to dab celestolite eye products on one of my eyes while asking 100 questions about my life; where I live, what I do for work; how many children I have, my age etc etc. Shows me a mirror and asks me to compare with my other eye. Then shows me photos of peoples before and after. This went on for about 20 minutes. I asked how much the 2 products were - he said £900. I said I wasn't interested in purchasing anything. He then pulls in the extra hard sale of saying he will throw in a full complimentary facial and reduce the product cost to £400.00. I again said I wasn't buying anything- and thought - WHAT THE 2 PRODUCTS HAVE GONE FROM £900 TO £400 IN LESS THAN A MINUTE...he then pulled out another product and said that it wasn't organic but he would sell that to me with the free facial for £199. I again said no - he then asked if it was him that was putting me off. I just wanted to get out of there! When I later saw my husband, I asked him if he noticed a difference in my eyes...he said no. The whole process was really irritating but I didn't want to be rude. My advice, steer clear, don't make eye contact...just keep walking.

Back in April my other half was pulled…

Back in April my other half was pulled in out of the rain by a very pleasant sales guy called Samuel in the Carmel by the Sea Senselife Boutique. (What was nice was the fact there was none of that "high pressure" selling attempted).

Anyway, to cut a long story short, we left having spent a non inconsiderable amount on the Cosmic Wrinkle Plumper Syringe Treatment, Vitamin C Serum, Day Cream, Eye cream and Eye Serum

We've deliberately left it a while before reviewing to make sure that the initial excitement was long gone and we could then look at the results with a more critical eye.

My other half has been using it as instructed and is extremely happy with the results. And, bearing in mind I'm a bloke who is pretty poor at noticing even a change of hair style, even I can see the difference!

I'd say that's a result.

Greg

PS It's definitely not cheap but the results make it worth it.

This is a warning that this company…OFFICIAL WARNING

This is a warning that this company isbacked by Newway Holdings - the owned by sasi shiri who stole over 4000 womens monies for the so called fantastic treatments many of the women never receiving them because their previous companies Elvatione, Nova Life in Manchester, closed down and went into liquidation. Try getting your money back - I have retrieved some but here comes the bite! If you paid your deposit by credit card the credit card company under section 75 wont refund why? because I received my service from Elviatone but the money went to Newway Holding and therefore if u dont pay the people directly who is giving you the service then you cant retrieve what you have lost. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NO MATTER HOW GLAM IT ALL LOOKS

AVOID UNPROFESSIONAL/UNETHICAL CELESTOLITE

Today I was just turned away from a « Free facial » with a supposedly £5 admin fee at Celestolite, High Street Kensington, London, UK.
A good friend of mine went there and paid for her facial. They asked her whether she could recommend 2 friends who would love to have a facial for free. She chose me amongst her friends.
They called me and we agreed for an appointment 3 weeks ago at 5:00 pm. The Tuesday before a Lady called me asking whether I could postpone my appointment to another day, I said I could in 2 weeks time. She said -Ok, let’s leave as it is-. The next day she called me by 3:00 pm saying they needed to cancel the appointment since they were under refurbishment. I found this such a bizarre excuse. Then she tried to convince me to go the following week and I could not because I was very busy last week. Then I spoke to a man and we put it off for today at 5:00 pm. He tried to convince me to go at 1:00 pm but I can’t make it on Wednesday’s so early so he said ok for today Wednesday the 26th of June at 5:00 pm. Yesterday they called me confirming today’s appointment.
Today by 2:00 pm ish I realised I had a text from them sent at 11:00 ish saying that my appointment was due at 3:00 pm. So I called them immediately and I spoke to the same guy I spoke last week to and he said- I am sorry it is a mistake in the text, your appointment is confirmed for 5:00 pm today the 26th of June 2019-.
I confirmed my babysitter and then took a taxi to be there on time. When I arrived the receptionist could only find my first appointment due 3 weeks ago. Then she called someone who took me to a room and then he looked for a woman who I guess is the Day Manager who informed me that the facial could not be performed because all specialists were busy. WHATTTTTTTT????? I don’t have words to say HOW IRRESPONSIBLE THIS PEOPLE ARE! I paid a Babysitter and a taxi plus my stress in juggling between leaving a kid in here and the other there and the other one with a babysitter. Why do people call to confirm appointments for? Why they don’t really check their availability and don’t care about people’s time. I asked the Lady to refund me the cost of the babysitting and the taxi but she said they don’t do that and gave me a bag with a cream and then told me -that as my facial was for free + £5 admin fee so there was not a big deal but we could make another appointment-. What do this people think customers are? My friend paid for her facial and other treatments and therefore that’s why they offered her to give a « free facial » to 2 friends. I reckon they did make the appointment but someone walked in before me and paid the full amount for the facial meaning IT IS A NORMAL PRACTICE FOR THEM TO TURN PEOPKE AWAY like they did with me. How unprofessional, unethical and disrespectful Celestolite is. HOW UPSET I AM AND DISAPPOINTED. Do avoid this company, they deserve to be boycotted.

Facial @Celestolite - A Must!!!

Tried an oxygen facial with LED beginning with much required skin analysis. The report was scary about my face but the lovely specialist Khadi explained me everything and really put my fears to bed. Planning to start a treatment with them soon. Could see the difference in my skin immediately. Worth a try!!!

I just had an amazing Skin treatment…

I just had an amazing Skin treatment Hyfo done by a very good therapist, her name is Peatrice, that was followed by a perfect application of mask, serum and finishing cream. I feel my skin is supple and firm already but hyfo is promising even better result over the next few weeks as the collagen will start building up under my skin and plumping my skin even more.
