Khadi

Khadi, was very professional with her service and she did a very good job with my facials. I honestly see a difference and will want to come back.

Khaki is very clear and give a wealth…

Khaki is very clear and give a wealth of details as to how and what the treatment will affect the skin. She is very knowledgeable as to what would be your best régime treatment. Truly impressed by her expertise. I recommend her and will definitely want to be treated by her again.

I was scammed to signed their contract…

I was scammed to signed their contract of £2,000 as I have a very bad acne. I have had 3 treatments so far with no difference to my acne but rather getting worst. I booked the 4th treatment for the 26th of April 2019 at 61 Kings Road, London SW3 at 15:00. I was attended to by one of the worst therapist BEATRICE. This lady traumatised me and lower my self-esteem. During treatment, she told me that I have a damaged face. She also said that I must have been scratching my face so much to have scars on my face. She was referring to the black spot on my face as scars. She spoke to me with no respect, she lacks interpersonal skills and she was so rude. She treated me in such a way that I lost my self-esteem. The treatment was stopped because she said that my face was so damaged that she would only apply chemical on one part and leave the other part. We have to invite the senior in charge that day to intervene in the situation. I was not able to continue with the treatment. I was so tearful and I have not been out since this incident as I totally lost my self-esteem. I will use this opportunity to inform others never to fall into Celestolite facial treatment package as I have not seen any improvement on my face. This package is a missold package that one can take to Ombudsman for a refund. I am taking legal proceedings against the company for compensation for what I have experienced if my money is not refunded.
