I would give it 0 stars if I could. Terrible company. Sent out fake Chinese dupes, nothing like the images. Did a reverse image search and found they have taken the images from other sites. The dresses are nothing like advertised. “Lace up back” is a zip, “luxury poplin fabric blend” is 100% polyester, the print is even a cheap dupe! The dresses look like something I made at school, awful shaping, terrible quality, see through. I can’t believe they have the audacity to sell these items as £40 dresses, at a discount too!!
I contacted them to return the item, which ha come from china (something I didn’t know about until I ordered), and was told I could either take a 40% refund and not return the items, or return the items for a huge $100 cost!? Why would I return the items for more than I paid? Why should I have to pay anything when you have wrongfully scammed your customers into purchasing something that you do not provide.
I produced a large dispute with my bank with a 20 page document of evidence, and got my money back. Genuinely appalled, I have never written a bad review in my life, but this is just shocking, and I want others to avoid having the same thing happen to them. This company needs shutting down.

Always read the small print. Item took 3 weeks to arrive missing the intended event purchased for. Upon arrival the dress was simply too long and quality was poor in comparison to the website images.
Website refund Disclaimer - ‘When an order is placed on our website, it is assumed that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. This acknowledgment is not only presented at checkout but is also included in every order confirmation email.’
Merely stating ‘By placing your order, you agree to our Refund & Return Policy.’ At which point you are past the point of no returns. Contradictory to allegedly prioritising transparency’
This company and policies are clearly unprofessional and unethical and I shall be escalating my complaint through the relevant channels as they must be held unaccountable for such conduct.

What an absolute embarrassment of a company. They are scamming people who just want to purchase some cute clothes. It probably cost under $5 to make the piece of poor quality fabric that they call a dress. I ordered a dress from here, it took WEEKS to come. All for nothing. It is absolutely false advertising. Dreadful company. I ordered two dresses both 50% off sale for £55 each (so, originally £110 each). The dresses took three weeks to arrive and the quality of the dresses was absolutely vile. Worse than Primark!! Much worse! Really see-through, cheap “silk” dresses. Do NOT buy from them. I now have to pay to post the dresses back to China. I did not realise they came from China. Avoid!!!!

🚫 Scam Warning: Celina The Label – Manipulative, Dishonest and Deliberately Designed to Trap Customers
I spent £247.50 on five dresses from Celina The Label, expecting elegant, high-quality pieces as shown on their website. What I received? Absolute rubbish — cheap, ill-fitting knockoffs that look nothing like the photos.
Let me be clear:
The styles were different, the colours were off, and one dress advertised with a lace-up back didn’t even have one.
Poor stitching, flimsy fabric, and badly finished hems across multiple items.
One dress was over 7cm wider than the size guide — despite being labelled a "Small."
Another featured a plastic button instead of the luxury fabric detail advertised online.
I contacted the company with detailed descriptions and photographic evidence. Their response? Dismissive, patronising, and formulaic. They denied any wrongdoing and offered me 40% back or a store credit — refusing to cover the return shipping or customs charges to send the items back to China.
Their website claims “Easy Returns” — this is a total lie. They have a deliberately obstructive returns policy designed to wear customers down until they give up. I’ve spent hours documenting the issues, and when I tried to go to my bank for help, I was told that shipping/customs fees aren’t covered — so I’m left with nothing. No dresses, no refund, and no way out.
Celina The Label hides behind pretty branding and staged photography — but what they’re doing is essentially a scam disguised as a luxury brand.
Please, do NOT fall for it.
They rely on people being too busy or too worn down to fight, and they are profiting off misleading advertising, low-quality replicas, and an impossible refund process.
I’m speaking up not just for myself, but for everyone else they’ve taken advantage of — and I’ll keep doing so across every platform until they’re held accountable.
If this happened to you, speak up. Share your story. Don’t let them get away with this.

Cheap imitations, avoid.
This company uses images from reputable brands to sell poor quality, cheap imitations. The cost of returns is significantly higher than estimated in their returns policy as being sent to China. Products are not fit for purpose, and falsely advertised.

Took more than 2 weeks the package to arrived. The material is cheap, the dress doesn’t look like the pictures or fits in size in any way and you don’t get your money back, it’s either a voucher or you pay for the refunds. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

I really wish I’d read the reviews on this company before making an order with them. I am appalled by their product quality and their customer service. I received my dress yesterday and there is a pull in the fabric on the chest area, so it’s clearly noticeable. They responded stating they don’t deem it faulty as it’s ‘still in good and usable condition’. I beg to differ. I ordered the dress for a wedding and will not be turning up wearing a dress with a noticeable pull in the fabric.
They are refusing to issue me a refund back to my original payment method unless I return the dress but will need to cover shipping costs myself. I don’t see why I should be at a financial loss to return a faulty item. They’ve offered a 25% refund and 50% gift voucher, or a 100% gift voucher - however, due to their shipping timeframe I wouldn’t receive a replacement dress in time, nor would I want one following their awful customer service. They do not comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I’ll be taking this further with my bank.

Cheap material and no structure
The material is so much cheaper than it looks and the dresses have basically no structure. Seems like they basically buy from shein and then onsell the product. Disappointing as I'd wanted to support smaller businesses. Inconsistent lengths of dresses too.

They are a scam, I have had better quality clothes from Shein. Items took over 4 weeks to arrive and when they did they looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, there was holes in the fabric, labels on the OUTSIDE, complete different colours to the site pics, different fabric, I literally laughed out loud when I opened the packages.
When I asked for a refund they offered me to keep the clothes and receive a 100% value credit note or I return them and incur the shipping fees. Now this company is based in Amsterdam but request returns to be made to China.. they kindly informed me that the custom fees are around £100, bare in mind the 2 outfits have cost me just over £100.
Absolute scandalous, I would hate for this to happen to anybody else. Please do not order, if I could upload the pics you would be horrified.
Long story short, if you order a red tshirt they’ll probably send you a pink dress.

Over priced/poor quality products
The quality of the products are really poor, therefore are way overpriced. One of the dresses I bought looks nothing like the image so I was reluctant to pay the shipping fee to return. When I queried this with the company they offered me 10% partial refund and a 30% store voucher for future purchases.

Awful awful company
Awful awful company. Very overpriced for extremely poor quality dresses. They say they accept returns but they don’t. When I attempted to return the 2 dresses they offered me a 20% refund and told me I could keep them. After declining multiple times they have now stopped replying to my emails. I have raised a dispute with my bank to retract the money.
