Although they are being responsive to my emails they are suggesting to give me a gift card. The items that arrived are not only faulty but not the right size for me. My mistake was reading the return policy afterwards and it is extremely tricky.
I got caught by the nice looking clothing in their photos but actually the items look and feel pretty cheap.
Unlike other shops like ASOS and Shein, Celina The Label is not trustworthy.
Poor damaged quality of the items received and tricky process for returns and full refunds.

I have just received a refund after battling for ages. The refund I received was £30 less than what I paid as they claim they had to pay customs fees.. I also had to pay for shipping back which was £20. I spent well over £100 on two dresses as I thought I would treat myself. All the reviews at the time were good. The quality that I received was sub pare. The customer service was dire. I would NEVER order from here. I have had better clothes for £2 from temu. So disappointing. I tried to open a further dispute but it took them so long to just send me the return information that any hope I had had lapsed as the 14 day window had closed. They offered me stupid partial refunds with percentage off clothing on their company- like I was going to spend anymore money. I would stay well away from this brand. Not good at all.

Celina the Label have taken photos off other websites. The two dresses I ordered arrived nothing like the pictures. The quality was so poor. When I tried to return the dresses they offered a voucher instead. I asked again for my money back but I had to pay the postage for the return. I’ve lost the money for the two dresses and then money to return it to a fake address. The return cost £25 to an address in China. Even though I have paid extra to track my parcel, it has been in China for nearly a month and hasn’t arrived at the address given. The website is an absolute scam. Any positive reviews are clearly written by AI and posted on behalf of the company. Absolute waste of time please please do not get caught like I did.

I found this company via Instagram. My for you page was flooded with adverts from this brand of models in milkmaid dresses. I saw that the company had recently launched a “sale” and I was drawn in.
First impressions of their website everything looks very high end. The website is full of high quality videos and photos (which are STOLEN from other brands!) the prices of the dresses are also high and appear reduced, prompting you to buy thinking that you’ll be getting a bargain in a genuine sale from a high end brand.
What you actually get are cheap sweatshop rags. The dresses that arrived after 3 weeks of shipping came from china, were made of plastic, had poorly stitched seems and broken zips, and don’t even have proper care labels enclosed. The two dresses I ordered for £97 are probably worth less than £5.
The quality is so bad that the labels don’t even list the material the dresses are made from and the care instructions are misspelt. Both labels said “made in china” what a suprise. After checking the order history, it turns out my order came from china and sat at customs for weeks. When it arrived the bag was also damaged.
I actually tried to cancel my order about an hour after I placed it. I was looking through the Celina the label Instagram account and saw comments from other girls warning it was a scam. I then looked at the reviews and found all the negative genuine reviews of the company on here.
I checked the status of my order and it showed as unfulfilled, so raised a request immediately to cancel it. I received a dodgy email back saying it’s already been shipped and couldn’t be cancelled. Then I received an email a few days later confirming that it’d been shipped. Hmmm okay!
I reported Celina the label to my credit card company who are raising a dispute. Please be WARNED that this company DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES REFUNDS OR RETURNS. They ask you to pay extortionate customs fees and return postage in the hope that you will accept a store credit for a minuscule amount.
Absolute scammer scumbags. Disgusting behaviour

This place is a scam! Do not order from the site, clothing isn’t what they show. I received my order and my dress is falling apart, thread missing the cheapest material and wrinkled. They asked me for pictures then for videos. It’s been a week later and they will not give me my money back nor an answer. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and to my credit card as a scan. I would love to share my photos that I have of dress.

If I could give a minus score I would! Do NOT touch this company with a barge pole. The items eventually supplied were poor quality, miniscule in size and were no way 'as described'. Their returns process is not transparent and only when you request a return do you find out as a customer you can either have a 20% refund and a 50% card to spend with the site again or a 100% card to spend with them, or return to China at your own cost, which in their email received states $30-$55 postage and $90-$110 customs, or they can supply a pre paid return label for $75, plus a fee to inspect the garments on return. Obviously a customer who has received poor quality, not as described items is not going to want a card to spend there again so designed to keep your money!
The reply to my concerns below is NOT how they actually operate. I have responded directly again and just automatic response to return in one of the ways in their email you receive when requesting a return! Not working on a solution at all!!!!!

I purchased a dress, after the purchase I had a bad feeling so I did a reverse image search and found out the image was stolen from another website, and they sent me what looks like a piece of garbage to be honest. I spent $180 and got a refund of a little over $30 since shipping it back to their warehouse is so expensive to receive a full refund. Will never, ever purchase from them again.

Celina the Label is a scam. The dresses look nothing like the photos on the website and the material feels so so cheap. I would compare it to something from SHEIN. In addition, it took almost three weeks to be delivered and almost 2 weeks to just be shipped. When you try to return it they are extremely pushy in just giving you a gift card and not a refund and in addition when you do try to return it, it will cost you more then the dress itself because it’s oversees and they do not cover the cost. I will never order from here again and now I’m stuck with a 90$ dress and no way to return it or get my money back.

I love online shopping and shopping Celina the Label was the worst customer experience I have ever had.
The material is extremely cheap and they charge 75 USD to return anything. Fraudulent.
Under the return policy, they trick customers into thinking you can return the item using vague language and “estimated” costs when in reality they only offer is gift cards, partial refunds, or a 75 USD restocking fee (plus a 10% additional nonsensical charge). It’s more than the item I purchased.
Additionally, the items quality is extremely poor (I shop at SHEIN and have purchased better items for much less).
Do not buy from this company - terrible experience.
