Unfortunately it's a scam. The dress resembles what I ordered, however the dress is so thin you can basically see through it. It's very poor quality, it's an absolute waste as you have to throw it in the bin. And now the Celina website is down as well.
Items are shipped straight from China, so maybe you are very unaware of the awful quality that is being distributed, but the fact that your website is now all of the sudden down today, makes me doubt that.
I find the odd 4-5 star review for you interesting as well.
Do consider yourself reported for fraud though.

The Arlette dress makes its mark with the sleeves alone. They bring just enough drama without being over the top. I wore it to an art opening and got plenty of compliments.

Ordered a dress online. When it arrived (from China) it looked nothing like the picture on the website and the quality was terrible. Requested a return and refund and was told if I wanted to return it I would have to pay £50USD for the shipping. As a "gesture of goodwill" they offered me store credit for the amount of the product and I could keep the dress (which I don't want and will never wear). I stated this was not environmentally friendly and I did not want to shop with them further. However, I had no choice as returning the dress would not be worth the money.

BEWARE SCAM WEBSITE. They don't deserve 1 star. I paid £40 for a dress that is only fit for the bin!!! But also a completely different colour. I requested a return and they said its due to varying screen colours. I ordered navy and received an electric blue see through rag. Total scam please please do not waste your money. This site needs taking down!!!
Although they offer a contact below to "find a solution", they offered a return but I had to pay £35 postage. Reported as fraud through the bank.

I live in Qatar! I ordered a dress for my baby shower which is tmrw!!!!

The dress arrived yesterday! SHEIN quality is much better! The quality of the dress is awful!! When I send to my friends the dress picture they were like no way you bought the same dresss maybe you ordered from SHEIN by mistake!!!!

Honestly, all the comments on Instagram are locked because they know no ones gets happy thru their quality!!

I have been emailing them since yesterday! Still no reply!!!! They were super responsive before as long as you say refund they will ignore you!!

I feel so sad!!! I literally need to use an old dress for my baby shower because I can’t find anything in Qatar!!! Save your money do not buy from this company!!!! You will save money if you buy from SHEIN!!!!

Do not order from this company! Paid £9.95 for expedited delivery, expecting it be next day or a couple of days max! After 3 weeks with no sight of, I asked to cancel, they said no. The parcel arrived after 4 weeks from the order date. I asked to return, they then said it was my responsibility and I needed to pay £35 to return! I can’t find in their policy about this condition for returns but they are no help what so ever. Don’t waste you time and money!

Running errands in the morning and going out at night ; the Myra dress handled both. I didn’t even think about changing. That kind of practicality is rare.

I abhor this company. None of their images are theirs. It’s completely false advertising, and I’m trying to take legal action against them for misrepresentation. All of the other reviews here are just more evidence this company is completely fraudulent.

Whenever I don’t feel like planning outfits, I reach for the Reese dress. It somehow works with sneakers or heels, and that flexibility is a lifesaver. Even after a few washes, it still feels brand new.

Scam website. Tried to return as quality shocking. They admitted that the image on their website is not the dress they send and that the photos are a representation only. Wanted £35 to return leaving £4.95 refund.

My daughter bought this with her own money and is devastated. They are adamant that have done nothing wrong as images are just a representation of the item to be sent. Awful company. Avoid avoid avoid.

3) Unable to accept refunds if jt matches your order (despite size not fitting/poor quality)
4) Waste of £50+ plus shipping took 2-3 weeks in my case

False advertisement of products, cheap awful clothing when they do arrive, do not uphold the UK consumer rights for returns e.i. a full refund if returned within 30 days. Basically just take your money for nothing!!
I highly recommend that if you've been unfortunate to buy from them and are arguing a refund, DO NOT take their offer to return but lose practically all your money. Return it yourself, it does cost but you will inevitably get more of a refund than if you take their offer. For example I bought 2 dresses that came to £100 they wanted to only give £35 back to me or have the option of being given store credit for £100 which why would I want that for their cheap clothing, instead I returned it myself for £24, and my refund is £80 from them after their restocking fee and customs fee so overall I've gotten a refund of £56 which is a little better than their insult offer of £35. Just DO NOT BUY! a lot of the dresses they advertise are on Club L London or House of CB and are the original authentic dresses.

Firstly, sizing is completely OFF as an XS skirt literally falls to the floor. POOR QUALITY, CHEAP material and high price points. Customer service refused to return my money despite showing photos of sequins falling off of the skirt when literally taking the skirt out of the packaging and instead forced a credit and repurchase of a shirt that is so cheap, poor quality and sequins falling off. I will never buy from this site again. I lost $100.
