NOT REAL PICTURES
IN SHORT: This company misrepresents their products, hides behind a predatory return policy, and makes it nearly impossible to get a fair refund.
The company is clearly not using photos of the actual products they sell — the dress I got looked nothing like the one pictured.
When I asked for a refund, I was shocked at the so-called “options”:
A tiny 20% refund plus a 50% gift card (forcing me to shop with them again).
100% store credit only, no actual money back.
Or a return option that costs $50 in shipping plus a 10% restocking fee — leaving me with practically nothing back.
These are not genuine return options. They are designed to trap customers into spending more money, even when the product was misrepresented from the start. Asking for photos of the dress before even considering a refund was another stalling tactic.

Ordered what I thought was going to a lovely wedding guest dress. Turned up and was nothing like what was advertised. Paid over £60 for it, would have probably got a better quality and for less on Shein.
Tried getting in touch but they don’t offer a full refund and plus charge you £36 for return. Joke!

I wish I could post a pic on here. The bikini set I ordered for $255 came and it’s literally one piece of cloth tied to a string💀 I actually laughed when I saw this shit. The bikini is not lined and it’s not hemmed on the sides either so it’s literally a piece of cloth. Rather than sewing the string into the bikini bottom, they literally just tied it to the corner of the cloth. Ordered a dress as well and only a skirt came. Horrible experience. Don’t do it.

Pictures turned out stunning
Bought the Mackenzie dress for a photo shoot and the pictures turned out amazing. The way the skirt moves is gorgeous. The hem wrinkled after sitting though, so I’d save it for events where I’m on my feet more.

Bad quality and service
This company is not worth any stars !!! Never order from this site … I ordered a dress it was really bad quality I tried to send back but the company wanted to charge me $50 !!! The dress wasn’t worth £5 .. they then said I could keep the dress and would give me a credit to order another. I needed a red dress for a ball so I ordered another style red dress. Well the dress arrived and it was bright pink !!! Not only that but it was really badly made. The size I ordered was a large, it was so small a size 8 couldn’t get in it. After lots of emails they said I couldn’t have a refund as it was purchased with a voucher !! they gave me the voucher !!
I will be rewriting reviews on every site I know so they no else wastes the money that I have 😡

This company is a complete scam, the pictures you see on social media and on there website are not the actual merchandise that they sell. I purchase the Tessa dress, which was pictured as a beautiful silk gown with a corset bodesk. Although I received a terrible quality dress that was either materials, and was very poor quality. Which was definitely not the same dress in the picture, or worth the 140$ I paid for the dress. Do not shop with them. Scam.

0 stars. Avoid this brand at all costs. Ordered a dress, came late, very poor quality and does not sit well as all (falls down), decided to send back. Well, apparently back to China, which also nowhere mentioned. "Easy returns" they say - ahah, what a joke - You have to send them a request that you want to return, then they send you long email with instructions that you should proof why you want ti return and take photos of the dress and, since they care so much about sustainability, they try to do anything that you don't send it but of you still decide to send then send it directly to China. Guess what? Returning this dress will cost me as much as two dresses! So, please, don't repeat my mistake.
