Terrible casino + VIP Manager - Celcius
False promises on rakebacks, delayed reception of rakebacks when timer is clearly ended, and same thing for events like wager races. You have to chase them to get your money, nothing is automated. Lots of errors in rakeback calculations. In my oppinion they are the worst casino ive ever played on. Also their VIP DAM makes promises which are fake. Zero professional skills, and insults players. You have have to fight for to get what they advertise on the casino. Overall terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend. VIP DAM should lose his job, calls players crybabys when we fight to get the very deal he promised us at the start. I would even say he is a scammer. Dont play there.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could I deposited 55 USDC 2 hours ago and they are refusing to credit my account. I have decided that if they do credit my account I will not be playing with them and they need to send my $55 USDC back to the wallet it was sent from. After seeing the reviews here it's likely they will just steal my money. Bummer I have $200 to my name at this second and now it's 145 because I trusted I'd have a fair chance at gambling.

When I registered at Celsius Casino earlier, I made sure players from USA were welcomed. I registered and deposited $50 in Bitcoin. They don't tell you that players from the USA are not permitted to play any of the slot games. Not only that, the promotion I claimed came with 150 free spins. On a game that I am not permitted to play. And the 'live' support that says they typically reply in minutes..it has been at least 10 hours--no response. That's robbery. This casino needs to be blackballed for taking customers money knowing they cannot play. I will write on every casino affiliate website I know of so other players can be warned!!

Worst casino expirience in a while
Worst casino expirience in a while. When writing something in their live chat theirmoderator removes my message if its anything related to support ticket or something negative about site. Their support closes ticket before helping out and their response time is bad. Their site dates are inaccurate and they dont meet their own ToS. I deposited once and activate bonus BEFORE depositing, and when my deposit landed my deposit bonus did not even activate, i played a bit, contacted support and they told me not to play, i stopped playing and they just closed ticket. worst site expirience i think in a while. withdraws were okay i got them in 1 or 2 minutes.
