Two weeks that I wait for a withdrawal of only €470 and every time I open a ticket they tell me that they keep me informed of things they do not do and there they directly close the tickets without giving news, to flee absolutely.

Extremely Unfair Treatment – Winnings Withheld

I deposited my own money with Celsius Casino and was fortunate enough to win €100,000. Shortly afterwards, my account was blocked and my winnings were withheld.

The reason given was that I had “multiple accounts.” What Celsius fails to mention is that my previous accounts had been closed, and I emailed their support team many times asking to have one reopened. I never received a single reply. Because I was ignored, I assumed my only option to continue playing was to create a new account.

I played in good faith, deposited real funds, and did not use bonuses or abuse the system in any way. My winnings were earned fairly. Yet instead of acknowledging their lack of support and communication, Celsius has punished me by blocking my account and refusing to pay out.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed and I feel cheated. A licensed casino should treat players fairly and communicate properly when issues arise. Instead, Celsius ignored me and then used their own failure to respond as a reason to deny a life-changing win.

I am sharing my experience here to warn other players and to call for more transparency and fairness from Celsius Casino.

I completed their bonus requirements fully, followed every rule, and played fair. After finishing everything, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, they cancelled my balance and only returned the money I originally deposited.

Impossible to withdraw money, made a deposit with few bonuses and when I tried to get my money, casino claimed that I can`t withdraw them "while bonus is active". I had no free spins and status bar was just frozen. Be careful!

Edit (2025/09/16): I asked different support workers how and when I will be able to withdraw my money, but no one mentioned conditions what should I do to take my money back and just ghosted messages for several days. After few days I DO TRIED withdraw my money with different balances on my acc and checked my mailbox, but guess what? Yeah, no reply, no possibilities withdraw money.

Avoid this service at all cost, after their reply on my review today I guarantee they are liars and scammers-support didn’t even tried help me, because it is the scheme of this service to “freeze” your balance and get your money. If you already deposited money on your acc balance, you can say good bye to this money.

Scam crypto criminals. All 5* reviews are bot fakes. Nobody wins, all the crypto/money you send is gone. Forever. They have no licence. It was revoked if they ever had one in the first place.

On June 4th, I deposited 0.18 SOL, which qualified me for their 200% bonus. This gave me a balance of about 0.5 SOL. Due to a system error, the bonus and deposit were not credited at that time.

Only on June 25th, more than 20 days later, did I receive an email confirming that my deposit and bonus were finally credited to my account.

I wagered the entire balance and additional winnings, totaling around 25 SOL, following all the bonus terms and conditions.

When I requested a withdrawal of 5.1 SOL, it was denied, and the funds were removed from my account without any valid explanation.

Customer support claimed I “did not request the bonus” on June 4th, but according to their own terms, the bonus should be automatic. The delay and confusion were caused by their system error, not me.

I have filed complaints with AskGamblers and the licensing authorities regarding this unfair treatment.

I have been trying for 5 days now to get these people to refund my money. I didn’t know there were restrictions on your location when I signed up and deposited my money. I figured since it was a crypto casino that it didn’t matter where you are just use a vpn and you were good.
