The experience I've had with CEL Solicitors has been excellent. From the first phone call and emails, I've been able to talk through my experience about my scam in great detail. They've acknowledged all of my calls and emails and have helped me with guiding me on how to download statements, chats,emails etc. Chaunteau Twort, my Solicitor dealing with my case has been excellent in everything! Even offering me more support regarding my mental health! I can't thank them enough! I would highly recommend getting in touch with CEL Solicitors to anyone out there who have suffered trauma relating to loss of money due to scammers.

The first response person speaks clearly on the phone. She listened to my concern. After explaining the concern that I have to her. She provide reassurance and find out how the situation has impacted me. Following that, she explained about their services to me and provided information about other agency that will be involved the matter. Also, she explained what will be required from me. Furthermore, she informed me about there charges. An agreement form was signed. Finally, I received an email from her and other agency that will involve in this matter as she stated.
