Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. The technician did not properly check that either the RO system or the water softener was working after the service was completed. After the RO unit was put back under the sink, a loose connection came apart, which should have been identified before leaving.
The water softener was also not properly tested. No hardness test was carried out. Instead, the technician made a quick adjustment and told me to monitor salt consumption, saying that if it wasn’t using salt then the unit was probably broken.
The entire visit felt rushed and lacked the basic checks and attention to detail I would expect from a professional service. I paid for maintenance but was left unsure whether the equipment was actually working correctly.

Complaint Regarding Unjustified Service Fee Increase
Hi there,
I am extremely disappointed with the service fee that I was charged.
I contacted your team because I could not understand how the service fee had increased from €180 last year to €250 this year for what appears to be the same service. I asked whether there had been a mistake, but the response I received was simply that this is your current service fee and that customers are informed of it before the service takes place.
However, that explanation does not address my concern.
I have personally referred two customers to your company. One of them is my neighbour, who received the same service approximately two months ago and was charged only €180. If the product and service provided were the same, I would like to understand why I was asked to pay €250.
Furthermore, after referring an additional customer to your business, I was offered a €50 discount and ultimately paid €200. Even with the discount applied, I was still charged more than another customer who received the same service recently.
This pricing inconsistency is difficult to justify and leaves me feeling that I have been treated unfairly as a loyal customer who has actively recommended your company to others.
I find this situation unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Unless a clear and reasonable explanation is provided, I intend to raise this matter with the relevant consumer protection authorities and share my experience on social media and review platforms so that other customers are aware of these pricing practices.
I would appreciate a prompt response explaining the basis for this significant price difference.
