We did have to work out times to visit and pick up ashes luckerly the lady did put herself out to do this for us shame you didn't have longer opening times otherwise all good

The staff were all lovely and kept me…
The staff were all lovely and kept me informed throughout. (Sandra and Naz particularly. Leslie filled in well for Sandra when she was off also) and the recommendation of Neil the celebrant was the best advice, he was absolutely brilliant, the best ever! At the celebration of life afterwards, about five people came up to me and said it was the best funeral they’d ever been to, which speaks volumes. I’d definitely recommend the Co op Funeral Care in Blaby to others. And you get Co op points too! 😊 Thank you x

Excellent, caring experience at a sad time
At a very sad time the service received from Central Co-op was excellent. Clear communication throughout the process. The civil celebrant did a first class job in running the funeral service. Everything ran perfectly on the day itself. I couldn't have asked for more.

The co op were professional, supportive, sensitive to my needs. Informative and made everything easy for me. I can't thank Cheryle and Tracey enough. I only wish that other companies, whist dealing with a death. Had the same consideration.
