Customer Service is terrible

Ordered 3 seperate orders, one took 2 weeks to arrive and the other 2 never did. When you reach out to them you’re met with a guilt trippy “we’re just a small business trying to do our best”
Well your best isn’t good enough. They lie about why they have to cancel aswell boot realising you can see that they’ve cancelled it and the reason input. Once is a mistake, every order isn’t. How can you continue to take peoples money and not fulfill their orders??

Great customer service. Would use again.

Evri lost my original package which was really annoying, but not terribly surprising because Evri are trash.. However, I Got in touch with Steve who really quickly sorted a replacement to arrive before Xmas. He was really friendly and communicative. I 100% will use this firm again for my coffee creamer. They have a great selection, and yes, at a glance the cost is high, but factor in that a bottle costs like 9 bucks in the states, and that it would have cost a fortune to import and you can see that the mark up is actually fairly reasonable.

Out of date items and awful customer service

Order took 2 weeks to be dispatched, I contacted them and initially got a reply straight away and they explained they didn’t have the stock so could they change it for something else. I was then told it would be dispatched immediately yet still waited another week for it to be shipped. When I received the package most of the items were out of date. I contacted them on every possible platform including email and no response from them. Not worth the hassle shop elsewhere!!

Beware

Ordered 16 packs of ramen noodles, received only 4 which they acknowledged was wrong and they sent over the right amount along with extras however they were all out of date. Requested refund and they didnt even refund the full amount

Paid over £20 for 2 items

Paid over £20 for 2 items, never received them, partly on the delivery company as they had left it in a recycling box and I could not find it at all. However, I reached out to them to let them know what had happened, this is nearly 2 weeks ago, I’ve emailed, messaged on Shopify, messaged on FB and none have had a response, not ideal to lose out on £20+ at any time but especially not at this time of year!

Bait & Switch Company... Or, Just Bait & Refund!

Ordered a few headline hits, added some other gear just to bulk out the purchase and make the £6 postage justified.

Get a dispatch notice, great. Next day get a refund for most expensive item, I.e. The only main thing I ordered that took me to the website. So feel a little scammed. Ended up now with a dispatched box of tosh - but they tell you they DON'T have the item after they've dispatched the item. Avoid.

Update 25/11 - Order arrived. Pringles are just a tube of dust, so smashed. The four cans of drink I ordered, three of them are dented so badly that they can't actually be opened. Have asked for a return as this is just absolute rubbish.

Out of date snacks received

Out of date snacks received, packaging of sweets all ruined inside and some packets open with all the sweet rattling around the box, also some of the order missing - not impressed at all!!
Have now been in contact with them and they’re ignoring my email! Came back with initial reply and after I sent evidence they are ignoring me!
