Bea was very friendly, caring and responsive. She got back to me very quickly and tried to reach me as soon as she knew of the change in flights. When she could not reach me on the phone, she took care to send an email and text message ensuring she got in touch with me. In all her interactions, she showed she cared for me as her customer.

Bea was exceptional in her patience, detail, and persistence to find me the flight that suited my needs best.

Dealing with business class, consolidators can be exhausting, a bit like buying a used car. However, I found this particular experience to be very helpful and thank Bea for the assistance.

Working with Tia on our flight to Frankfurt was so easy. I had looked at several flight options before contacting Ceo Flights. But I had worked with Ceo Flights before with Rufus on our trip to Portugal and it was so easy and professional that I wanted to contact Ceo Flights again Although Rufus was not available this time Tia was more than capable of handling our request. She looked at all the options and I know she got us the best deal. Also, she explained how to use my airline points to transfer for this flight. Working with Xavier Noah was a delight in today's world of customer service. As a senior citizen, traveling for the first time on my own internationally, Xavier was so patient. He never rushed me, and he explained my options thoroughly. I required extra hand-holding, which translates to his time. I felt like I was his only concern. They have me arriving back from Manila into LAX then a 9 hour lay over to get to Vegas. That’s insane

The price I was quoted and agreed to was changed to a higher price. I was lead to believe I was going to get a discount price and was told the discount did not apply to my flight dates. Your system should have know that before I was told I would get up to a 60% discount. I also thought the approval process of my final payment was to invasive. It made me think it was a scam.
