Alex was excellent to work with. After having spent hours searching for the right flight with acceptable layover times and reasonable arrival and departure times, and then researching the amenities being offered it was enough to make me want to pull my hair out. I applied for an online quote and Alex responded immediately. After answering a few questions by text we decided to just have him call me. I gave him my parameters for a multi-city trip as we were meeting friends in Venice and then flying home from Rome after 2 weeks touring northern Italy and Tuscany. He called back in 30 minutes with multiple options that met all my needs and saved me well over a $1,000 per ticket.
