I came here to see if anyone had complaints about the results, but not seeing that, only seeing people not getting their results, but I did and quickly.
Sorry that so many are having problems, but it was fine for me.

Why sell the test in DK if you cannot ship them back in DK?

I wish I had read the reviews! I paid £70 for a pollen allergy test and it’s been seven days and they haven’t received the sample apparently due to the courier which is rubbish. I have asked for a refund and they have not given it to me so I need to see if I can get a chargeback from Amex luckily I used my card. Please avoid such a scam!

I never got my test results, it's been a month. They keep saying it's delayed. But the poo sample must have degraded making the test results questionable. There is no way to contact the company. Luckily I bought via Amex so got buyer protection. Please don't use this company I think it's a scam, if not , vety unreliable.

First sample just came back negative which was surprising. Second sample has been away for over a month now and I've heard nothing back - surely the sample itself will have degraded by now and perhaps that's why things come back as negative....

We sent our test out on July 1st and received one notification that same week, that the test was taking longer than usual... we're now 10 days further, have we been scammed? I wonder if the tests can be any reliable so long after the sample were taken.

I done a test in January, come back within 2 weeks , sample could not be analysed, a member of staff will be in touch.
I’ve emailed no response, nearly August and no member of staff has been in touch or sent out another test. Complete waste of money

I commissioned a test for homocysteine but this company advised that the test had failed. I understand that because this is a difficult test at the best of times. So they offered to send a re test or give me a refund. I opted for the refund. Since which they contact me again to say my test has not been received back from me, no mention of the refund. Like so many other corporate s you cannot just email an individual to sort it out. It's an pro forma internet form. It begins to look as though I am will have to slug it out to try and get the refund. I will not be using this firm again. Since writing the above I have received a full refund from cerescreen and altered my star rating accordingly.

In March, my husband and I bought the Histamine test. We sent the samples and my husband received the results within 2 weeks. Mine didn't arrive but I received a new one and sent the sample again. The situation repeated two more times. Additionally, I have already sent 3 samples by DHL with my money. It turned out that we send the samples to England and then they do not reach the laboratory. I asked for an explanation of the whole situation, but I received a message from BOT. At this point, I paid for the test, I lost my money, I don't have the test results and I don't have another sample. This company is a scam, don't buy anything from this site. He cheats people for money. This is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Bought an at home blood test, tracking shows it was they received it, it's been nearly two weeks, after 3-4 emails to them, a message on social media, no replies whatsoever, don't buy nothing from them, i do not recommend this company go elsewhere.
Very unethical company. Stay away. They will steal your money.
Response to Cerascreen: A year and a half isn't "several years" and the expiration on the test is 11/2024.
I bought the test on Amazon, how would I have received notification that the test I purchased would be invalid just a few months later despite the date printed on the test?! So, it's my fault for buying the test you sold on Amazon and forgot to mention to Amazon customers that the company would be closing in a few months despite the expiration date on the test? Sounds like a you problem.
Buyer beware. Look at the stellar customer service.

Horrible service… it’s been 2 months since I send them my sample and I still don’t have a results… 2 weeks ago I wrote them en email about that and they just replied that they have the results ready but they are having problem to send them to me?! Seriously?! You have your own app and you are not able to post a result there?! Ofc no contact number to this company and they are not answering any more of my emails… now I don’t have a results and don’t have money which I invested in those tests… AVOID IT!!!

UPDATE!! Folowing my negative review I had response, 4days after filling in thier online help form. Results now sorted after nearly 6 weeks. I will not be pursuing a refund but won't use again.
