Are they serious?…. I’m not sure they’re even in business. I can’t download the app because it doesn’t exist here. I can’t set up an account because I never got an email confirmation and tried many times to resend. The website says the lab is moving annd unavailable and customer service is in German. So what I’m left with is 10 less drops of blood, a decent Band Aid and almost $200 down the toilet. Thanks
I am not someone to leave reviews but seeing how many bad reviews they have I decided to share mine since it was a positive experience. I ordered my kit which was ;Long term blood glucose test'. It arrived as at when due with no issues at all. The instructions were clear to follow and I sent my blood sample back. I received a maiil when they got my results in the lab and my results were sent back to me and the resuts were as expected. I took about two weeks start to finish. Don't think it will take 5 days or 1 week but considering shipping times, test times in the lab and all other things, I think 2 weeks is fair for a convenient test from home. Shame that they are receiving such bad reviews mine was a positive experience.

I posted my test back to cerescreen on 28/03/23 for a blood sugar test.
I am still waiting for the test results!
I have received an email approx a month ago to states that they have received my sample but still no results.
I contacted their customer service to query what was happening but no response. Do your research before placing an order and look elsewhere. If you are expecting fast results I would not recommend this company at all.

If I had read the reviews I wouldn’t have bought a test kit. These guys are the most inefficient and ineffective online service I have seen in the ChatGPT era! It is unbelievable!! My test kit came within 48hrs but sample has disappeared with no trace, no word, nothing from the company. Just waiting in limbo!!! Sad.

keep away from these crooks , been charged for nuts allergy and never had no result no email nothing
if you need testing ask your GP not crooks like Cerascreen
I rate Cerascreen minus zero even one star is too much for them
will have to report them to trading standard to stop them scamming others

I recently had a Cerascreen homocysteine test done. Here are my results (paraphrased).
The normal range is 5-15.
You scored <5 (less than 5).
You are normal.
Well, no, anyone with basic maths can see that is incorrect.
I contacted Cerascreen. They arranged a telephone appointment for me yesterday. It seems that this is a known problem. As most people are only concerned about high homocysteine, they are not concerned that their test does not differentiate at the lower end. This has been pointed out by the telephone advisers in the past but no action taken (i.e. I am not the first person with this problem). I suggested that a disclaimer should be put next to the test itself so that we know the limitations. I have paid nearly £70 and now I don't know if I should be concerned about my results. Having low homocysteine levels is a problem. I would not be concerned if I scored 4.5, but if I were down to 2 then I would need to take action. How do I know if the test does not tell me?

I was taken in by the 3 to 5 day turnaround that they promise on the website. I was hoping for results on April 3. Ordered on March 21, that allowed 9 working days to April 3. The kit arrived on March 30. Then I had to wait for the ”proper” day to do the test meaning that the earliest I could post it was April 3rd. I haven’t heard anything since. It is SCAM. Don’t bother with them.

A similar experience to many other people on here – sent sample off, received a confirmation several weeks later but nothing thereafter and no response to emails. Very disappointing and I would advise everyone to avoid this company.

I read the reviews and was concerned about ordering but this was the only company that did the blood tests I wanted. I thought screw it, I’ll pay with PayPal and if anything goes wrong I can raise a dispute.
Ive had absolutely no issues at all, the ordering process was simple. The kit arrived in about a week, the instructions were clear to follow and carry out the peripheral blood test was easy. I was updated when my sample arrived, when it was being processed and I got the results today. I ordered on 14th March evening so exactly 2 weeks to get the results.
I would definitely use again.

Really wish I'd read the reviews first...over 2 weeks since receiving the sample in the lab, no response to my emails, finally managed to get hold of someone and they gave a generic response of receiving higher than normal samples. Have had to resort to cancelling the order but have yet to receive my refund. Such poor service.

I was very happy with the service and the convenience of the app but I only give it 3 stars because it took 34 days to get my Ferritin results. That’s from the day of purchase until the results were available. I am in Ireland. So if you’re not in a rush this is for you.

so did my sample on 28th Feb and posted same day, got delivered to the uk address 1st March, then it goes to Germany, received there 6th March, today 13th March email to say sample couldn't be analysed, no surprise there, won't use again and won't recommend either, will just go to my GP now,

We ordered a B12 test which arrived after a couple of weeks (super slow delivery). Only problem was it arrived without any return label or any information on where I should send the blood test. There is no phone number to call customer service, only a contact form on the website. I sent in the form a couple of weeks ago and there was no response yet. So now we are sitting here with an expensive test that can not be used.

It took 5 days from their receiving the sample until an email issued that it had arrived in the lab to be analysed. Then a day later, another email to say the sample had arrived with no test ID and couldn't be identified (????), and offering a free replacement. Total waste of time.

I wish I had read all these reviews before buying this test kit. I am still waiting for my result, which is urgent. I have contacted them several times but have received no response. The delayed result is causing me great difficulties.

Honestly, I don't know how all these people had problems with Cerascreen.
I have been a loyal customer of theirs for a few years now. I have done several Vitamin D tests and never had any problems.
The instructions come with the test, and the shipping is free (I live in Italy and their lab is in Germany).
Once, they even offered to send me a replacement kit after I made a mistake taking the test!
To me, this is amazing, considering the cost of the product.
It means they really care about their clients.
I will definitely keep on buying the Vitamin D test from CeraScreen!
You send back in 24hr packet but hear nothing for a week. No answer to online message, no response to emails and phone calls do not get answered. I wanted my result as my supplement was running out and I needed to know what strength I needed. After a week they tell me they could not test my sample as blood outside the circles. So sent me a replacement. This took another week. So make sure you are careful with how your blood drops (which is hard as the lancet is brutal and blood goes evertwhere)!
Take a note of the tracking for peace of mind.
The analysis was good but I would not purchase again. Too expensive for all the messing about and dire communications

Took a fitness and a metabolism test. Had already done the 23 and me health dna test. Compared to 23 and me you get very few genes tested (for more money) and the information on the results is limited, certainly in case of deviant genes. 23 and me has way better information about the testresults I got. The only way to get more information is to do a free phone consult for 15 minutes. Not impressed. O and it took 21 emails to get the results, a lot of wrong test id's were given to me.
A very straight forward testing process and the test results were explained really clearly, well worth the money paid!
