I’ve had a great experience with this company. I love my therapist. The doctors are kind. They truly care about your mental health and it’s like having a support group and everyone needs a support group. I also love that I’m able to see my providers schedule and pick a schedule on my own with no third-party in between us. It’s amazing Sometimes they even have appointments available on the weekends, which is really nice when you have a tight schedule. I highly recommend this company.

Convenient and efficient
My provider has honed in on the perfect combo of medications. She is efficient and a good listener.
The service itself has worked really well for my situation. I live in a rural community with limited psych providers, and it has been wonderful to have convenient access to a trained professional. I have recommended Cerebral to many friends seeking care.

Extremely Misleading Billing Practices + Zero Accountability
I really wanted to like this company, but my experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. I was quoted one price before my appointment — a “max estimated cost” that was presented as transparent. After the visit, I was charged nearly $225, far above what I was led to believe the cost would be.
When I reached out for clarification, I was given mixed explanations, long delays, and ultimately told the charge couldn’t be corrected, even though the estimate was significantly off and they billed the wrong insurance. The tone shifted from “we’re here to help” to “there’s nothing we can do” very quickly.
I understand how insurance works, but what Cerebral is doing feels intentionally unclear and misleading. If your “estimate” ends up being essentially meaningless, then it’s not an estimate — it’s bait.
On top of that, communication felt dismissive and robotic. I was given contradictory information from multiple representatives, and every response felt like they were closing the door on the conversation instead of addressing legitimate concerns.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to check reviews and understand that your final cost may be far higher than what is presented upfront. I will not be returning as a patient. More interested in the money than helping people unfortunately.

I Last saw therapist Jazmin Williams- Yes she was super professional and nice, but I have gotten $325 dollars worth of bills, and that's just the bill for one charge. I never missed a session, I was never rude. I feel like this company is taking advantage of my insurance.

Happy I chose Cerebral
I am so glad that I made the decision to call a therapist from Cerebral. My therapist, Nakiba, is such a great therapist and has helped me work through my anxiety and depression and ADHD and if it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t know I had some of these symptoms so I’m very thankful that we will continue our therapy for quite some time because Therapy is good for this soul.

I LOVE my therapist! Cerebral took her from me!
Let me first say I LOVE my therapist!!! I found someone who I could connect with that has helped me SO MUCH! Recently Cerebral made a bunch of changes on the provider side of things, and I found out I'm going to be losing my therapist, which is HORRIBLE!!! You find someone you can develop a rapport with, start working through things and then get into a good place and then they are yanked away because of stupid paperwork. We have a mental health crisis in this country, and for those of us who are actively working on ourselves don't punish us when we are doing the work. As one of the FEW online therapy companies that takes my insurance this was DEVASTATING news for me. Cerebral you need to do better!
