Great company to deal with did what the said when they said it.
Two great Installers who completed the job in couple of hour.
And what a difference the extra lights gives us.

We subcontracted some work out to certified and very impressed overall.

I got in touch to request for a cat flap installation but nothing happened in 2 weeks. I was suppose get a call back that I never received even though I’ve chased 3 times. I never got an email/ call to confirm the initial request or invoice. So the whole process got me very confused and frustrated, I felt there wasn’t a proper system in place for me to believe my request was taken serious.
At the end I called a local competitor and within an hour I received and email with all the details of the installation and an invoice. A contractor has already come to my place to take measurements of the glass door and it should be ready within a week.

I have just had 2 velux windows installed.
From start to finish the experience was excellent.
Lucy was brilliant,quick replies ,very professional.
The boys that installed were very good indeed,again professional .

A very good experience from start to finish. Received a very reasonable quotation quickly. Once booked in the very friendly and pleasant engineer was here at the estimated time, having been given a useful update en route. The job was done efficiently with care and no mess and was also given some useful advice about maintenance.

Excellent customer service & installers were fast and efficient.

Very pleased with our new velux window from the first phone call to Lucy that organised everything for me and the two lads that fitted it and left everywhere nice and clean.

All arrangements done by Lucy and engineers arrived ahead of time and were very professional and considerate. Everything left clean and tidy and fingers crossed solved a long term roof leak.

Had 1 broken Velux (inner pane) plus 1 other, leaking Velux.
New double glazed unit installed and a full service including seal on the leaking window.
Thought it was too good to be true that it’d be sorted so quickly and efficiently, but it was. (It’s rained very hard since, with no leaks)!

I found this company after no responses from installers in my area from the official velux website referral. I have solar panels and wanted just one window in a purposefully left gap and perhaps that deterred some businesses - they could have just been busy but I simply got no reply elsewhere

If the SAS had Velux windows team who fitted them after storming an embassy certified installers would be that team.They’re Tier one operators, top of the game.
From Lucy back at base planning a methodical operation and recceing the job to the forward operators skilled craftsmen’s knowing the dark arts of velux window fitting.
Don’t opt for a poor dads army alternative make sure you get these guys who operate at the highest level.

Really quick to get back to me from my initial enquiry to replace the glass for one of my Velux windows. Efficient booking in process and kept me up to date with when the installer would arrive. On the day the fitter was in and out in 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend and use again without hesitation.
