The whole experience using Certified Installers was first class from the first phone call to the installation
Use them and you will not be disappointed

We had two sun tunnels fitted one in the bathroom and one on the landing. Very pleased with the light difference.
The company was very knowledgeable on the product and answered emails and calls efficiently.
The engineers came on time and were friendly and advised us the best place to place them . They tidied up afterwards and you would not of known they had been.
I would highly recommend them !

Following the internal glass shattering after the cold weather on a very high velux window I contacted CI after hours and was surprised to get a real person answer the call. After sending a photo by text, I got a price for the repair and choice of date for installation, which was the following day. Their fitter’s were excellent, on time and have fitted new glass to a higher standard so this failure shouldn’t happen again.
Super happy and highly recommend them.

We’re absolutely thrilled with our Velux replacement and the service that came with it. I would whole-heartedly recommend this company to anyone across the UK. Right from the get-go, communication from the office was clear and incredibly prompt. Lucy handled all my questions instantly and issued our quote far faster than any of the competitors I contacted.

Our installation team drove six hours from Manchester to get to us in Sussex, and were still bursting with energy and positivity when they turned up. The installation was seriously challenging (Velux high up in the roof, over stairs!), but they got on with the job without a single grumble. As anyone who’s ever had trades in their house will know, this makes all the difference.

They even had to cut down some of their scaffolding to make it fit the landing safely, and again, tackled it all head-on. The finished article looks stunning - replacing our decrepit 80s window (which was full of condensation and had a flaking frame) with a neatly caulked new one that’ll keep in far more heat and is remotely openable. We got a run-down on how to operate the new one, plus other products we could buy to automate it in the future.

Finally, the cost, while not pennies, was very competitive and a worthwhile investment. I will absolutely be calling them back once we’ve saved enough to replace our main windows, and to fit some solar panels too.

Friendly, efficient,helpful staff. The phone is answered promptly by a human. Replacement glass for 2 velux windows ordered and fitted. All left clean and tidy. Above and beyond as they sourced and supplied fitting for blinds which I had inadvertently removed. Recommended company

Got the boys to come and look at my Velux as they was in a bad way, Ivan come and quoted for glass replacement and a service at a quality price, 2 days later his engineers came swapped the glass serviced the windows they are like new. Great professional service from start to finish would recommend to anyone

The service given by Certified Installers today replacing two Velux motors has been first class and very efficient.
The installer knew exactly what to do and completed the work in under an hour.
Highly recommended.

From my first email to Jenna to the guys who came to do the work the professionalism from the team was excellent couldn't have done any better and they left my house immaculate. Well done.

After another roofer let me down halfway through job, certified installers were quick to reply to my request. Came to visit and asses. Seeing the job had started incorrectly. Came back the following day to rectify the problem and complete the instal.

Lucy and the team were excellent from start to finish ish. Despite my inability to identify the window model she was able to identify the correct model and source the window and mobilise the team so that our leaking skylight was replaced within a couple of days.

Had several quotes before certified installers trying to charge me for scaffolding which wasn’t necessary. Just a couple of photos and a quote came within hours The lads came and replaced my old window with the replacement in just over an hour. No fuss no mess they were amazing would recommend them every time 👍

Once contacted for 2 new windows installation with Certified Installers, communiction was clear and fast forward. The engineer guys Gareth and Steve decended from Manchester and arrived in time. They were cheerful and energetic, swiftly finished their work, left the work area spotless maintaining professionalism in high standard. I am contented with their work and thankful to them for their timely help. 5 shining stars for all of them.

Really excellent service when we called about an “urgent”’situation around a failed unit. Couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient.

From initial contact which was straightforward to ongoing communication, all was smooth - the installation of the sun-tunnels by the very friendly Steve & Gareth was clean and professional, on the day we decided to add another unit… again was no problem with sorting and in less than a week they came back and installed - perfect company to deal with and left with expectations exceeded.

Customer service was great from start to finish, from dealing with one of the girls in the office to the engineers fitting my Velux windows. Carpet were protected, everyone was so caring... 10/10 top service!!! Thank You

My old velux window had condensation and was rotting so decided to get some quotes to replace it. Certified Installers had a good price so I decided to go with them. Communication was quick and they were helpful in moving my date forward so work was done before fitting a new carpet.

The guys arrived, were super friendly and set to work. Got the old unit out and new one in super quick. They took me up and talked me through opening it, locking it for cleaning etc. They took all the old fixture and left no mess :)

Really chuffed with the whole thing. It was also bucketing when they installed it so I know it’s not leaking too!

Got a quote from Certified Installers for a Velux window to be fitted. Good quote, so decided to go ahead. Sent in some pics of the job and asked when we would be looking at booking the job in. Initial estimate was 4-6 weeks, which we were happy with. Anyway, managed to book us in within a couple of weeks 9which we were very happy with) and stated that it would take a day to complete the work. Day of the job rolled around and I was amazed when the fitters were done and dusted by lunchtime. All rubbish removed and cleaned up afterwards. The fitters were a great couple of guys and the job looks fab. I really can’t recommend Certified Installers enough and we’ll definitely be using them again if we need another Velux window installing. Top job, cheers guys!
