Esra was great in assisting and understanding my problem and frustrations. I love how this company is more like a family than a community very into consumer service and getting what we need with bringing solutions in!

I have been using Jade Learning for my Continuing Education for years. The online Virtual Teacher Led classes allow me to satisfy my NC required hours without having to travel and i get the same learning experiences.

I called twice for 2 different problems. Angelo answered both times and was very helpful. He answered both my questions and solved my issues. He went above and beyond my expectations to help.

Ranel was great! Answered all of my questions, and provided me with additional helpful information.

Noronessa was amazingly quick and simple, and helped me resolve my problems very quickly.

Liz was able to help me find how to change my address so I can receive my card this time. I had to pay 60.00 to get it because I never received it at my other address. Thanks Liz!

I contacted customer service after accidentally enrolling on the wrong course. Both Loy and Reza in customer service were great and resolved my issue promptly as well as pointed me in the right direction of the actual course I needed to be on as an international student. Made what can sometimes be a difficult transaction easy.

Accidentally bought the wrong course, Kie was very kind and quickly sent me a link to the correct course as well as gave me a refund for the incorrect course. Took probably no longer than 5 minutes for them to sort me out, which was lovely.

We are foreigners and signed up for my son. It took a while with a lot of assistance that we could not do the online course. They gave us great service and assisted us as best as possible. We appreciated the help.

They are scam and disrespectful. Never recommend. Maybe 6 or more times call them at every bi-weekly periods to check my OSHA card about 2.5 months and everytime they say; We ordered and you will receive it by next couple weeks.
