On May 22nd around 10 am central time zone i was on the phone with a lady about an issue i was having. We stayed on the phone for over an hour and when i started telling her which employees still needed test, she hung up!! So i waited after my meeting was over and called back and talked with a man name Jonathan, He was very helpful and took care of the problem asap. You need to hire more people like Jonathan!
