Fantastic service ...By 2 lovely guys who were polite and very professional.
Left everything clean and tidy.
Really cannot rate them enough. Went over and above their duties.
Arrived promptly on times indicated, found the fault quickly and fixed the problem, friendly, helpful guy.
I’m very happy with your engineer he was polite and very knowledgeable ide recommend him
Great communication. Friendly trustworthy engineer and good explanation of the issue
The NatWest person was so helpful and kind. She arranged the locksmith visit as quickly as possible especially when she realised we couldn’t lock our door.
When the locksmith came he repaired the lock brilliantly.
We couldn’t ask for a better service. Thank you so much.
Solomon the staff is very helpful and supportive. He did an excellent job and very polite. He helps me to solve my problem
Reported a plumbing issue and was offered an appointment which was confirmed immediatly. The engineer appeared at the appointed time and fixed the issue with the minimum of fuss and in double quick time.
CET have been the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve now been without hot water and heating for 14 days, with no clear resolution in sight.
I have already submitted a formal complaint, which takes 28 days for resolution, but this does not excuse being left without essential services for this length of time.
I’ve had one unqualified engineer attend and another who was here for just 15 minutes. I’m repeatedly told parts have been ordered, yet nothing has progressed and no timeline is being provided.
Every time I contact them, I just get an apology with no action. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for something as essential as heating and hot water.
I will be escalating this further and will be changing my home insurance provider once this issue is finally resolved.

I have nothing but praise for the service provided by CET.
Within a few minutes of calling to report a problem with a blocked foul drain I received a text confirming the claim had been logged. A few minutes later I received a second text message confirming that an appointment had been made with an engineer to attend to the problem with a two hour time slot. This was then followed up by a text confirming when the engineer was on his way. I was able to track his progress so knew when he would arrive. The issue was successfully dealt with on the engineer’s arrival. Faultless from start to finish!
First class from start to finish. NatWest brilliant at logging the fault. Immediate confirmation from CET with appointment following day (Sunday). Call from technician when 20 minutes away. Technician really friendly and explained what he had done. Job all completed less than 24 hours after first call.
Really professional, polite and fast work team. Hugely helpful and a pleasure to have!
I had a failed engineer visit on the 23rd Dec which left me with no heating or hot water untill the New Year .
I spoke to several staff members who all told me a pack of lies to get me off the phone.
Eventually spoke to a "Senior Manager" who promosed me he would review my case and give me some answers .Again this never happened .This company & its staff are a disgrace.

This has been one of the most incompetent service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Ten days without hot water, three different tradespeople, three wasted visits, 150+ miles of petrol burned, and four days of my time lost waiting around for people who either didn’t show up or weren’t told the full story.
One contractor even phoned in sick — but nobody bothered to tell me, so that was another full day wasted.
The only way I know what is happening is because I have to call in for updates - if I waited for them to keep me in the loop then I’d never get any work done.
And after all that, the company refuses to replace a faulty £50 part. Ten days later, the final outcome is… nothing. No repair, no solution, no ownership. Truly laughable.

The gentleman that came was very professional, extremely helpful and located the leak and fixed it quickly and efficiently with very little damage and the upmost care of my property.
Whole experience very fast and easy, with the engineer quickly isolating the issue and, most importantly, giving some helpful advice on the solution.
Great service as always. Ray the engineer was brilliant. Professional, efficient, reassuring. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough
