I want to express my special thanks to this beautiful clinic for the excellent services they provide. They have a very professional team behind them; they care a lot for the patients, always checking in on them. Also, in their treatment, it is very high quality, honest, and in the translation department, there is a lady who works in this hospital named Elaheh, who is a very kind, hardworking woman. In fact, when you enter Turkey, when you enter this clinic, they are kind, they are hospitable until the time that all your treatment is done and you return home from the hospital. Truly, they serve a lot in every respect. So, from this far distance, from America, I send them my thanks, I appreciate them, and I hope for the progress of this beautiful clinic and of dear Elaheh. Furthermore, from the management department of the clinic, my request is that every staff member who really strives for the progress of the clinic and always wants it to advance, like Elaheh, who truly works hard in the clinic, in every respect, may they be respected, dignified, and progress. Indeed, she is the one. In my view, as a businessman in America myself, if I had such a staff member, I would want to give that employee some rewards so that they are encouraged, attract customers, and treat the customers very well so that the business advances in a good way. DO NOT TRUST YELDA from CFH Health Turizm. She sells only promises but she never keeps her word. She is very friendly and supportive until the payments are done, but when it comes to ask for support with the paperwork you might need for your insurer, you won’t get much of it, they do not give you anything clear for all the work that has been done step by step by the dentist doctors. Unfortunately I have had to change my review to 1star due to all the promises made by Yelda which were not kept. I have requested clearly since day 1 of my 2nd visit at the clinic that I need proof for all the work that it has been done at the dentist and all I got it was just promises until the last day, when she has provided just a vague paper for what I have paid, not even a breakdown for what I have paid for. Nothing didn’t seem to be recorded for what it has been done day by day. I have also asked one of my colleagues from work to speak with Yelda in turkish to explain her what I actually need from them and Yelda promised my colleague the same things (all the paperwork will be submitted as requested), but nothing has happened. I believe patients are just numbers, it is a sell business in the end, as soon as they have your money, what you get after it is just promises. I would give 5 stars to the Doctors and dentist assistants who are great people and they do a great job, but to get to them, the only option it is through this agency / agencies. At my first visit I met Azadeh, who was very supportive and guided me well through out the whole process, a brilliant person, who tried her best to pull off all the paperwork that I needed back in UK, but without any success unfortunately. My advice is avoid this agency CFH Health Turizm.

I am really happy about my decision of choosing this hospital as the one for my hair transplantation. It was really excellent and everyone was so kind and nice, especially the gentle employee named Reza who has guided me through this process and really helped me. I can only recommend this amazing hospital!

Went to bht clinic on 21st of May the staff and doctors. Nurses couldn't fault them the care they give is on a different level always checking on me making sure I was OK at all times the doctors are brilliant the care they give to there patients is brilliant the hospital is so clean I would recommend them to any1

I have travelled to Istanbul from
Canada and got my gastric sleeve surgery on April 22nd. Everybody is great, from surgeons to nurses and the entire medical personnel at the BHT Clinic. Azadeh at the CFH Group helped us tremendously in organizing our journey here. We highly recommend her and the clinic performing the surgery. Thank you for everything, we had an amazing experience and happy that all went flawlessly.

We had very comfortable and easy visitation. Rumeysa, our translator was with us on every step. She made us feel very relaxed and helped us a lot giving additonal information whenever we required.

Thank you for giving me an opportunity to talk about my experience and provide details about my surgery. I traveled to Istanbul solo for the purpose of having a gastric sleeve performed. It was the first time having any type of surgery for me so naturally I was nervous.

I would like to start by expressing how much I appreciate Dr. Sukru, for doing amazing work on me and for meeting me privately to discuss and consult about my situation. I would also like to thank Dr. Karahan and Dr. Sentatar for consulting and checking up on me in my room. All these doctors went above and beyond to address my medical issues relating to my excess weight. They followed up with me and prescribed medications that helped me recuperate post surgery.

I would also like to thank Azadeh for helping translate and avoiding any misunderstandings that might have happened with any medical staff. Azadeh helped with picking me up from the airport, explaining how the procedure worked and any other questions I had relating to the surgery. She was friendly and respectful even had a meal with me the day before surgery. She visited me in my room and answered any questions I had after the procedure. Finally she helped the day I was released from the hospital with explaining how and when to take the medications and vitamin supplements. This was important for me because I was a little confused about how to eat and how to take medications after I left the hospital. Azadeh played an integral role in understanding what to do post surgery.

Also I cannot thank the nurses enough for helping me so much…They played such an important role to my recovery I will never forget it. They worked tirelessly day and night taking my blood pressure and changing my IV regularly until I felt strong again. The hardest part of the surgery was days 1 to 3 and the nurses literally take care of you every minute and are there when you need something for 24 hours! All you have to do is push a button to alert them and they come in your room no matter what time it is! They would also let you know when their shift would change which was nice.

I’d like to thank the rest of the hospital staff such as the sanitary workers and the person who brought me the food in my room. I liked the hospital it was well equipped and clean.

In conclusion this was a very positive experience with an affordable price attached to it. I am very happy with the price I paid and the care I received while I stayed in the hospital. I would personally recommend anyone that is thinking about getting a gastric sleeve bypass to greatly improve the quality of your life and help you reduce your weight considerably!

Absolute fantastic place I’d recommend anyone thinking of getting work to go to CFH the staff are so nice and I loved every second of it🙏🙏

I am giving my experience 3 months after gastric bypass surgery.
an excellent experience without pain, in 3 days I got out of the hospital and I didn't have any problems and I lost 22 kg in 3 months.

We have been back for a week. I had a blepharoplasty. I found myself really well, very friendly and nice. Our guide Azadeh very profession and really good at her job she became a friend. The surgeon Dr. Muhammed Talha SADIK who performed my surgery was very good and very nice, he puts patients at ease. I absolutely recommend this clinic.

Super positive experience: the hospital is modern and the doctors are good and very kind. I recommend this facility, the nurses are also good, a particular thanks goes to azadeh very good and professionali woman very carefull.i adivice this ospital.

CFH is an amazing company everyone is so friendly and helpful. The manager and staff took such good care of me and fulfilled all my requests. They made it so easy to communicate and were always reachable. They even arranged all the transport between the hospital and the airport. I am very happy and satisfied with the service they provided. I will definitely contact them in the future again.
