Have used cgars as my main source of stogies for a while now and their second to none. If you join their club you get flash sales every couple of days. Their subscription service is very reasonable, customer service is top of the line and dispatch times are always quick. A great company that truly understand the love of smoking cigars. Thanks for everything in these testing, trying times for all cigar and pipe smokers. You truly are a bunch of mega bosses, one of these days I will get to a Cgar store and say hello and have a smoke, my best wishes to everyone at Cgars!

My first order arrived yesterday, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I opened the parcel, it was obvious that everything had been picked and packed with exceptional care and attention to detail.
The cigars arrived in perfect condition and looked absolutely superb. I was also delighted by the thoughtful extras included in the package. The mini Bovedas, complimentary sweets, and excellent in-house magazine all helped make the experience feel special and personal. The QR codes linking directly to the website are a particularly clever and useful touch.
In an age when customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, this company has clearly gone the extra mile. My first order exceeded expectations in every respect, and I will certainly be ordering again. Highly recommended.

Bought X5 Montecristo no:4 pack & only 1 out of the 5 was smokable! i will be trying elsewhere from now on as i can see by reviews this seems to be a common issue. Cigar cutter is great although nothing to use it on as i had to bin the rest of Cigars which is a waste of money and disappointing when i took them to my godsons 18th and looked stupid paying all that money for a product that cant be enjoyed/used. Shame
