The cigars were delivered promptly and in perfect condition. there was a glitch with the Royal Mail delivery (delivered to the wrong road) but that was nothing to do with C.Gars who did everything they could to get my order to me.

Product and delivery ok but spamming me with constant begging emails two or three times a day has ruined the experience.

Unexpected Item In Bagging Area!
I had been saving for a box purchase for a while and had narrowed things down to my final choice. Then Cgars brought out an Aladino Orchant Selection range the same week as they offered 10% off all New World cigars. Perfect timing - I could now afford a box of those as well. Happy days.🐱

Absolutely brilliant service and selection! Delivery promp as usual but I was very disappointed in issue with adding a 10% discount code, I ordered 5 new world cigars on Saturday costing £118, on Sunday I received a 10% off code for New world cigars, as the items were not being posted until Monday at best I emailed and asked if I could use the code againt my existing order, I was told that it couldnt be done. Very disappointed as been a customer for many years with only 1 cigar quality issue in all that time which was rectified straight away by CGars at the time.
