The product is working great, staffs are very polite and good with the customers with effective communication.

It took well over a week for the items to arrive.
one of the items wasn't posted to the incorrect address.
on opening the packages there was absolutely no correspondence to say that it was from cgx. no order number. no reference to anything at all.
One of the items is faulty. I have contacted cgx and heard nothing back.
pretty much in every category they have failed miserably.

item was paid for and ordered, dispatch took a long time and i had to email/chase up the branch to get the package moving, arrived as described so 4/5 for that.

I have only had very good experience in CGX ts1 . Mr K and Emma hands very good customer relations. I have always been treated well and get my items. Even when no available, I will be called once it’s in stock. Mr k and Emma are very good staff. Weldone guys!

Mr K and Emma are always delivering! These staff of CGX are superstars. On several occasions,I had gone into their office in cleaveland Ts1 and asked for several items, Tvs, iphones, samsung Ultras and Mr K , Emma and Fahan before he was transfered will always do me well. Even if they do not have what I want, they will tell me to be patient and call me when the item is available. The last item I bought was an iPhone 16promax, I needed for my daughter's 18th birthday and Mr k and Emma made sure my daughter got her desired gift. Mr K will even get me a phone case as an extra gift( paid from his personal money). Both of them are always warm and welcoming to customers and both are always offering sweet and chocolate anytime I entered their office. Mr K will always make me laugh. There is no dulling moment with these two staff.

Because of how customer centric, they are, I have brought several customers to their office. My husband and friends will not even go to another place because Mr K and Emma always got us covered anytime.

The charger for the laptop i bought is faulty. It works only intermittently

Had my up and down. With this company ther has been times where I would never go back due to. Some horrendous customer service service when item are damaged and they do nothing about it. Then other. Times it’s be excellent and fast and quick service with a decent deal.

The item did not take too long to arrive. Also very happy with the item and we’ll definitely buy again.
