They did not mention that this is now abandonware. The product is effectively dead as the company producing it has gone out of business so the app doesn't work and there is no support.

Your order was placed over the weekend and was dispatched with Royal Mail on the following Monday, in line with the delivery timeframes advertised on our website. Royal Mail then attempted delivery on Christmas Eve; however, unfortunately, no one was available at the delivery address at that time.
As Royal Mail do not operate on Christmas Day or Boxing Day, and this was then followed by the weekend, delivery was understandably delayed. All of these details are visible via the tracking information provided with your order.
