i cant give a good review of my order because my order has not been completed since October when first placed.

Great service and kept me updated all the way through to the arrival of my item.

I purchased R&G frame sliders for my partner’s motorbike but they were for the wrong model. I emailed twice to try and exchange them and have had absolutely no response. Very poor customer service when the item I purchased cost close to £100.

Didn't have the exact item I ordered in stock , but the guys contacted me offering an alternative which was a much better option , the handguards turned up super fast top marks 👍

Great service and value for money bit of delay because item not in stock but when back in prompt delivery

The staff have been very helpful and know what they are talking about.
The items I have ordered arrive very quickly and well packaged and a good competitive price.

So, I ordered a replacement alarm module from chainspeed via paypal. the money was taken but that was the last I heard. Over a month later no item had arrived. I emailed them along with the Paypal invoice no. ( I had received no order confirmation etc) I received a reply saying they had no record of the order. I replied with a copy of the paypal transaction, saying it looked like the money had been taken but the order not processed ( giving them the benefit of the doubt) Over a week later I have had no reply at all! I had to get a refund via paypal.
Now I fully accept that things can wrong and orders get lost, thats not a problem. But to totally ignore a requested response ( that proves I am in the right) is just shoddy customer service! Very much the case of we have gt your money now sod off! They may be cheap but there may be a reason for that!

Item I ordered was out of stock, and got delayed few times. Chainspeed kept me well informed and did they best to get the latest information from their supplier.

Despite of that unexpected delay, I am very pleased to their customer service and can highly recommend Chainspeed!

bought a can of degreaser, and after paying it and waiting almost a week they canceled the order because they would not ship to Norway, even though the website offers shipping to Norway

Prices good - item delivered on the day that it was stated - the goods were well packaged - the ordering and payment are straight forward.

Excellent .... fast and easy purchase

Product not despatched, asked for status, now showing stock out. Asked what problem was and potential eta. No reply. Product did eventually arrive.

The correct handguards arrived in good time and appropriately packaged.

SHOCKING!!!!!!!!
FIRSTLY THE WEBSITE STATED THAT THE ITEM WAS IN STOCK, THEN AFTER WAITING LONGER THAN EXPECTED I CONTACTED THEM TO BE TOLD THAT THE ITEM WASN'T EVEN IN THE COUNTRY LET ALONE IN STOCK!! YET MORE THAN HAPPY TO TAKE MY MONEY.
DEFINATLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN

Excellent service. Friendly, professional, helpful staff. My item was delayed due to no fault of Chainspeed, and they kept me informed regularly on progress. I would definitely use Chainspeed in future.
