Poor customer service

I purchased R&G frame sliders for my partner’s motorbike but they were for the wrong model. I emailed twice to try and exchange them and have had absolutely no response. Very poor customer service when the item I purchased cost close to £100.

The staff very helpful

The staff have been very helpful and know what they are talking about.
The items I have ordered arrive very quickly and well packaged and a good competitive price.

take the money and hide!

So, I ordered a replacement alarm module from chainspeed via paypal. the money was taken but that was the last I heard. Over a month later no item had arrived. I emailed them along with the Paypal invoice no. ( I had received no order confirmation etc) I received a reply saying they had no record of the order. I replied with a copy of the paypal transaction, saying it looked like the money had been taken but the order not processed ( giving them the benefit of the doubt) Over a week later I have had no reply at all! I had to get a refund via paypal.
Now I fully accept that things can wrong and orders get lost, thats not a problem. But to totally ignore a requested response ( that proves I am in the right) is just shoddy customer service! Very much the case of we have gt your money now sod off! They may be cheap but there may be a reason for that!

Excellent service

Excellent service, thank you again!

Item I ordered was out of stock, and got delayed few times. Chainspeed kept me well informed and did they best to get the latest information from their supplier.

Despite of that unexpected delay, I am very pleased to their customer service and can highly recommend Chainspeed!

SHOCKING!!!!!!!!

SHOCKING!!!!!!!!
FIRSTLY THE WEBSITE STATED THAT THE ITEM WAS IN STOCK, THEN AFTER WAITING LONGER THAN EXPECTED I CONTACTED THEM TO BE TOLD THAT THE ITEM WASN'T EVEN IN THE COUNTRY LET ALONE IN STOCK!! YET MORE THAN HAPPY TO TAKE MY MONEY.
DEFINATLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN

Excellent service

Excellent service. Friendly, professional, helpful staff. My item was delayed due to no fault of Chainspeed, and they kept me informed regularly on progress. I would definitely use Chainspeed in future.
