With all the madness going on in the world now shipping has been an issue for everybody. I had no problem communicating with sales and my purchase arrived in a timely manner. Prices are good. Selections are great. This is a per fee Ct place to order parts when you want to doll up your motorcycle. I enjoyed doing business and will again.

Living in the Middle East in a country without a Triumph dealer, I tend to make one periodic large order for parts and accessories from the UK to save on shipping. Chainspeed had everything I needed at fair prices. The customer service was excellent, with everything delivered safely and swiftly. Superb service
Worked a treat
Worked a treat, the only issue I had with it was when I first rode the bike after fitting, I had completed 70 miles and went to change gear and no leaver, when I pulled over it was just dangling from its rear attachment, the front bolt had worked its way out, fortunately, the bolt was still there so after refitting it I was able to also put a locking nut on the threat that protruded through the original attachment, I would suggest this is an option that you should all fit

The only positive is that they accepted my money.

Wrong parts delivered although it was clear on the invoice what part I required so basically they didn't read my instructions when ordering so had to wait another week for correct part
Then unfortunately I lost a small item on the first ride I phoned and asked if they could order new for me they said would look into it I waited a week no info from them so phoned again twice basically not interested

Don't risk an order...
Ordered my part at the beginning of Dec '21. A minute after receiving the order, I also received an information about the fact, that the part is not on stock and they don't know, when it will be delivered. After a few days I reasked about the delivery date. I always had to ask twice before even receiving any answer. In January they finally promised me a delivery within two weeks. Time passed but no delivery or any information. So I asked again twice, before telling me, they don't know, when their supplier will deliver. After waiting a few more days, I'm not in need of the part anymore. So I tried to cancel. I haven't received an answer yet. So I'm trying to get my money back via paypal. Hopefully this will work out.
Update: Chainspeed cancelled the order and I got part of my money back from them. But the delivery costran through another Paypalpayment parallel, if Paypal would not have inteferred, I would have lost part of it.

At first there was good contact with the company but the delivery date kept on being put back, to the point i was about to cancel the order. In the end the order was fulfilled and the part arrived but just as well it was for a winter project and i had patience.
Do not use, they are clearly out of business but still taking money.

I’m very disappointed I paid £189 for a Denali datadim wiring loom the salesman that took my money said item in stock and will be sent to me! It’s over a week now No information and promises that the item should arrive yesterday ! Still NO package. Very disappointed I would advise you NOT TO USE THEM.

I really wanted to give a good review but they put things up for sale they simply don't stock. I ordered a full SW Motech kit for my bike and found two parts missing. After several chaser emails and phone calls I was refunded the value of the one item so that I could buy it elsewhere. Still waiting on the last part and keep being told it's 'in the post'.....

Is Chainspeed a ghost company?
I placed an order with Chainspeed, they took my money and sent an automated order confirmation email with a confirmation number. That is the last I heard from Chainspeed. No further information on my order, will not answer emails. I am cancelling my order and asking for a refund from PayPal.
My experience is nothing like that of those with the glowing reviews.....
UPDATE: After multiple emails asking to cancel my order and get a refund, Chainspeed responded with a tracking number and apology, and my order showed up about 10 days later. Chainspeed also followed up to make sure my order arrived. So, in the end, I did get my order but there was way too much angst in the process. I added 1 more star because they did send the order and follow up.
