Ben York was a pleasure to work with. He brought to us a wealth of knowledge of the market and products and worked hard for us to bring the best deals to the table. He was always contactable and kept us in the loop during every step.

He was proactive in contacting our solicitors and estate agents and was always pushing to get completion as soon as possible for us.

We will definitely be using Ben’s services again in the future and could not recommend him highly enough.

Ben is absolutely fantastic at what he does! He is very down to earth and easy to talk to which makes the experience so much less stressful. Ben was really helpful when I remortgaged my house. I'd been on a fixed rate which was coming to an end.
He responded to queries quickly and I was kept informed as to what was happening at each stage.

Ben York at Chamelo couldn’t have done more for us from start to finish. We required a bespoke product that wasn’t available off the shelf from high street lenders. Ben was able to find exactly what we wanted and made the process clear and stress free, all at an extremely competitive rate. Prior to completion we were provided with a walk through video from Ben explaining the product and terms in detail. We won’t be using anybody else again and I couldn’t recommend Ben more.

Ben was so informative and knowledgeable while working on our mortgage application. He was always a phone call away to answer any questions and worries we had. As one of us is self-employed there was quite a few obstacles in our way applying for the mortgage, however Ben helped us with every step of the process and got us both the best possible mortgage. We were so happy with the service Ben gave us during or mortgage application and would highly recommend him to anyone!

When applying for our mortgage we were recommended Chamelo by our estate agent. Ben York was our mortgage adviser from Chamelo.

All I can say is that he was brilliant. The communication form him was excellent. When going through the mortgage he made a video which explained broke down the information for the mortgage applicaion. He put things into such a way that it was easy to understand. He was always prompt to reply, always polite and curteous. He provided regular updates of the application process and progress of our purchase. He even helped us with organising life insurance. It felt like he really cared for us as clients and I feel like the service that Ben provided went above and beyone what I expceted from him.

Thanks to Ben from Chamelo we are now happy in our new home.
