I tried everywhere to but Duval Leroy champagne, and eventually found it with you. I was delighted. Having bought it in haste and excitement I mistakenly bought two 37.5 cl bottles instead of 75! Still delicious though, but frustrated at my mistake..😏

Was worried when the phone number didn't work, but responded to my email straight away and the product arrived in good order and time frame.

Good apart from when I searched the internet for Veroni Amaretto SILK it came up with this site and the picture showed the word SILK on the bottom under Amaretto. I wanted for a 12th anniversary present. When it arrived it said cream on it not silk. Alternative item was bought else where. Nothing major just a minor detail. I’ve kept it myself and I’m sure it will be lovely. Delivery was ok ordered 28th and arrived 4pm on the 1st. Unfortunately we went away 3pm that day and it was redelivered the Monday pm.

On the strength of the website saying "In stock for fast delivery", I placed an order. A lie, not in stock, but they took the money straight out of my account. After a lot of promises and excuses, I finally had enough, and cancelled the order on the 9th May. They apologized and said a refund would done without delay. More excuses and they finally said they could not get the refund on my card. They wanted my account no. and sort code to do a transfer. I smelled a rat, and asked my bank for advice. They said not to divulge that information, and they proceeded to take up the case. My refund has now happened after four months. Other people have not been so lucky. Do not trust this shady company.

Do not buy anything from champagne one. Can’t believe they are selling stuff they don’t have.
Painful to chase for the money back which took over a month from the point of order.

I ordered wine as a gift and only after chasing a week after paying for express delivery, did they say it was out of stock and hoped I would be in within 1 to 2 weeks.
When I said this was not suitable, they offered a refund.
I then had to chase for again each week for nearly 3 weeks to get the refund money back. With “Ryan” claiming he thought accounts had paid it.

They are selling wine they don’t have!
I’ve been back on their website and can still order Anwilka 2017 but it’s not in stock.
Save your self the effort and go to Berry Bros and Rudd, The Wine Society or Majestic.
These companies deliver on quality fine wine and service.

Easy to navigate website with everything I require all in one place. Prompt delivery of my order within three days and products reasonably priced.

Ordered some wine which was showing as available on the website, got an email from them saying when the warehouse came to pick the order it was a different wine and the one I ordered and paid for in full (over £113) was not available they offered me the alternative I said no and asked for a refund, great customer service at this point as I got an email back within a couple of hours saying "yes no problem I will get that refunded for you" this was on the 16th June. I am still waiting for the refund despite them saying its been refunded its now 28th June, I have now contacted my Bank and they will now pursue this on my behalf, why this company or staff can't/won't refund is ridiculous as I am now writing a poor review which will ultimately lead to loss of orders/profits. Be sure they have the stock before parting with any money.

Just a quick update, its now 4th July still no refund from this flyball of a company, they have lied also by stating they refunded the money on 23rd June, this was one week after they agreed to refund but clearly didn't liers, liers liers, thanks to the Natwest Bank they have seen through the lies this company has told and refunded my money, they will now go after them and so they should, avoid avoid avoid this company at all costs!!!!

Easy to order - reasonable delivery time, and well packaged - happy with the service.

On line ordering and swift delivery date worked well HOWEVER delivery claimed there was no response at the address so left the delivery outside the wrong address several houses away!! Traced via community facebook and grateful for honest people.

As before, the price was good and the delivery as informed in advance

They didn’t have the order I paid for and then couldn’t give a refund, instead suggesting I asked my bank to claim the money back from them. It was very unusual to the extent I assumed it was a scam.

Only after many emails did I understand it was a stock issue. We then changed the order to something else, which they delivered very quickly and provided an extra bottle.

I note Champagne One are ‘rated excellent’ on Trustpilot. This is not my personal experience at all. Placed an order, paid £8 for delivery, expecting this to be delivered next day, couple of days at most, since they advertise’Fast UK & Worldwide Delivery’ on the website. I queried non delivery 4 days later, as the order was a gift. Email reply ‘it will be delivered tomorrow’. It wasn’t, and still has not been delivered, with no communication at all. I am extremely displeased, as no confirmation of despatch, no tracking details, and no communication whatsoever. On my second request Ryan replied stating the courier company had tried twice to deliver but found no-one home so returned item to Champagne One. What I fail to understand is the lack of any communication to either myself or the gift recipient of this.
Ryan gave excellent customer service to try and rectify the situation, refunding my payment so that I can now shop elsewhere.
