Outstanding extended warranty for my Subaru Forester! Exceptional service, peace of mind, Highly recommended!

Champion Car Warranty is out to make a mark in the car warranty industry. I had shopped around extensively for months and came across them while reading customer experiences or reviews. The custodian at Champion were able to find a perfect plan and added additional protection such as wheel coverage to my plan at no additional cost. They suggested that I take my vehicle to have it service for not only oil change but also flush the coolant and transmission. I was only able to get 2 service maintenances completed but Champion had send me a check of a $100 to offset the cost which speaks volume. The phone custodian are courteous, grounded, and I am very please with the service thus far.

Jack is great, however the software program that they utilize for national average for labor hours and MSRP for parts is not comparable for California so unfortunately I had to pay about half of the two repairs that were made on my vehicle to cover parts and labor that Champion Car Warranty would not cover. The process is easy for payment on your repair, however, just be aware that if you live in California you will most likely have to pay a portion of the repairs and labor hours in order to fix your vehicle.

Better read this before you make a move with them. I was told by my friends too good to be true and indeed it turned out to be after I needed them. Better be careful. Even on their recorded line they advertise they work with dealerships around the country and pay their labor rates and parts. When you talk to them to inquire before purchasing their contract they assure you of the same. When you need them they take days to respond to the deal and then they pay half the labor rate of the dealer per hour, they authorize less hours and tells dealer charge customer for rest. They find exclusions you can’t even find or understand on the contract. Below my review is their initial single liner first response. I can assure you there is no Mercedes dealer that charges an hour of labor at $125 and OEM part at $70.

After this review they sent me an email with a link to some random site that lists some part for cheap price that is not OEM part, and they tell me do the research about labor cost. Well there are a ton of other sites that has OEM parts with a lot more expensive prices. Moreover they sold and advertised dealer labor rates and prices and that’s what I bought. They will harass you after that with phone calls to remove the review, and they have been stalling on refunding my money even though I cancelled my contract with them. They tried to negotiate with me at some point of time to remove this review in order to get full refund and I refused. They agreed to full refund but till now they had issued none.

They are a scam in my opinion and I assure you it won’t stop at this review. This will end up in court among other legal avenues that are available to protect consumers from interstate and internet scams like this company

Following reading their reply you can see you they actually affirm the above. They claim the dealer is doing price gouging and charging above and beyond; which goes against they advertising they will pay dealer prices.

They authorized the claim at their low labor rate and parts and I told dealer not to take a penny from them at that rate such that when I cancel with them I have not used a penny of them towards my repairs.

As far as contract cancellation refund is concerned, till now my credit card company is handling the dispute of the charge with them and they had not reached a resolution. The refund for the contract cancellation they claim they refunded has not been received.

Biggest bang for the buck. You won’t regret purchasing a policy from Champion. I also, received a $100.00 voucher towards any service on my car. I used the voucher and received my $100.00 reimbursement within one week back into my bank account.

So far so good. Transparent about what is covered. Professional, accommodating. Answer calls very quickly. One claim processed quickly.

I consider myself a killer shopper, meaning I start off knowing I know nothing, then make a lot of phone calls and learn a lot so I can make a really informed decision.

I did just that shopping for an extended car warranty.

Champion Car Warranty blew all the others out of the water. Whereas other companies offered a five-year, 25,000 or 37,000 mile warranty, or a 25% deductible, Champion gave me a 60,000 mile warranty at a lower price and better terms than all the other companies.

They have my highest recommendation

Mr Ralph and Mr J Taylor are very nice and informed persons who take their job seriously. They not only treat you as family, they are men of there work. In today's market place that goes a long way in my book. You should give Champion car warranty a try, they will show you how things should be. I give you my word on that!!!. Keep doing what you guys do best.

My first experience with using our Choice warranty was surprising and so fair. We had an experience with a towed car to the nearest Ford dealer and the inflated and absolute gouging of a price for a part on the car. They charged a highly inflated price and we live in CA. No surprise. Choice helped me see the correct price of the part and convered the whole thing even though it was highly improper. I appreciated their care and concern and their quick disposition of this problem. They are so respectable and honest I will always trust them. Especially Ralph and Jack. Superior people!!

I'm not much of writing reviews but I'm so happy I bought Warranty for my car that I decided to write a review. I took my car to my toyota dealer because it was over heating ans they said the radiator was leaking and had to be replaced and the thermostat also had to be replaced and the noticed a delay when they started the car and told me the starter was also no good. The dealer emailed the diagnostic to Champion and the next day my dealer called me that the car was ready and when I went to pick the car at the dealer they said that Champion worked very quick and they are right. Very impressed with Champion. I highly recommend them.

They are a fraudulent business! Charged me initial fee, "couldn't process monthly payments" and canceled my policy after that.

Talked to my bank as them being a scam and are now being investigated as they have no other requests for debit from them. I'm submitting to my local law enforcement as a possible scam.

Updated: asked for the failed payment attempts and didn't get any proof. Bank is asking for failed attempts as well for full transparency. There is no manual pay nor autopay system for the user, there is no recourse as a consumer. Definitely avoid.

Do not use this company they do not honor their contracts
I purchased and paid for their 5 year gold program and paid in full
I submitted a claim during the second month and it was denied for being a new policy
They paid 1000 dollars of the 9000 dollars that they cover
I have requested a refund and canceled the policy

I paid 2100 up front
6 months at 35 dollars a month
They have offered to refund me 589 dollars

Absolutely terrible company

We had a great experience with Champion Car Warranty. They fixed my water pump in less than a day and did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a reliable warranty company.

Part of my protection coverage included up to 250 dollars reimbursement for protective services on the vehicle. I used the opportunity to have the transmission serviced on my Cruze. After not receiving my reimbursement at first, I emailed Jack Taylor the account service technician for my account. He was very helpful, and within a week I received a check for the reimbursement.

I have used them twice for some pretty extensive repairs on my 2011 Mazda CX9. They were gracious and efficient, and they came through for me in a quick and easy manner. Customer service was excellent also all questions and concerns were addressed and resolved. I highly recommend them to everyone.

My experience with Champion has exceeded my expectations, this is not easy!! I usually never give a five (5) star rating. It was very easy to get my warranty set up. The first time I needed Champion, they came through for me with flying colors. It was quick and simple to get my repairs authorized and my mechanic started right away. They worked with the repair shop and kept me in the loop. I will recommend Champion Car Warranty to all my friends and family.

Wonderful company. I have not been with them long but they covered about half of what my replacement and repair cost. Definitely will be recommending them to everyone I know. Jack Taylor is a very nice person, I highly recommend him and the company
