EDIT 2: Obviously they won’t share the chat logs, it would prove them wrong entirely. Don’t trust these guys ever. If you do, hope that the transaction itself is flawless and you don't have to depend on customer support. There are better alternatives.

EDIT: These people are liars, the whole reply to me is full of nonsense. They said they could fail the exchange, please send the logs of the conversation I had with customer support. If you send the full logs and prove me wrong I will change this review to a 5 star. I know you won’t because I was told multiple times the transaction couldn’t be cancelled but they could fail it and they would have to manually send my BTC back, and they would take a small commission for this. Don’t trust these people, there are better exchanges out there that won’t unfairly take thousands from you and with customer support that actually helps.

This exchange is the worst, they scammed me over 160 LINK. I entered the exchange for 0.6 BTC and they told me around 870 LINK would be sent to me. I agreed and I send the BTC and suddenly the number chances from 870 to 711. Meanwhile other exchanges like Changelly, Simpleswap etc, have rates of 0.6BTC/930 LINK! I contacted the customer support and the operater seemed to have no idea what he was talking about. He offered to fail the exchange but he would not do it immediately. He would 'discuss' it with his team. Keep in mind an exchange has to be failed before the next block confirms. I have done this before with other exchanges in the past and it seemed to be no problem for them to do it in under a minute. I even asked him if he really made sure the exchange would be failed and my BTC would be returned, but I woke up the next morning with no BTC but ChainLink, the exchange went through, even after I was promised *3!!* times that the exchange would be failed and my BTC would get returned instead. This block took over an hour to complete, so he had an hour to do something that other exchanges do in under half a minute.

Horrible customer service, and they change the rate (a rate that isn't even fair in the slightest, they changed it by over 20%). Never use this exchange, better exchanges don't lie about their rates and change them by over 20%, and they have customer support who actually have a basic understanding of crypto and how to help customers.

I almost get the idea that most of these reviews aren't real, there is just no way the customer service and exchange rate is THIS BAD and they still get positive reviews.

Total amount of money lost: over $4,500. Terrible.

NOTE TO TRUSTPILOT: My review has been flagged. ChangeHero should share the chatlogs with customer support and prove they aren't lying! My review is 100% truthful and I have nothing to hide. The only people hiding the truth here is ChangeHero until they release the chatlogs. They even removed the whole transaction, it can't be reached anymore since I sent them the transaction ID when they asked for it here. I have one screenshot left of the page where all the transaction details are visible.

sent the site 50 LTC and never got the zcash in exchange. This site has been telling me for 6 days they are working on it. 20,000 dollar value and received nothing.

This is an excellent service for converting different kinds of crypto at good rates. I have used this service 3 times to convert bitcoin and stellar into monero. There are no registration or onerous kyc requirements and the transactions take minutes to complete. Furthermore their customer service is excellent. I made a mistake in providing information for a transaction but their customer service responded almost immediately and fixed the problem and I was able to get my crypto quickly. This is a night and day difference when compared with my experiences with other crypto exchanges which take days or weeks to respond to tickets if at all. I highly recommend this service and will use again.

I tried to swap out some BTC for ETH and unfortunately couldn't do this due to the fact that I'm in the US. This issue aside I had phenomenal support and ChangeHero responded to all of my messages within minutes. I've never actually had support that was this good. I wish I could use their services and if you actually can I think you will be in good hands with these guys.

I exchanged BTC to XRP. they flagged it as suspicious.
I e mailed them the transaction ID 2 days ago and have not got a response. Where is customer service when you need them.

I just need to be informed of what you need to move forward to get this resolved.

5/13 problem resolved. Although it took a few days, they were very quick to take care of the problem.

This site is by far the best exchange service there is at present, I have only done three transactions on site but the last one was completed within minuets.

Changed my bitcoin to BNB 2 weeks ago, they asked me first of all for passport and selfie with transaction code, I sent it to them, later they asked for source of funds, I told them that I'm buying bitcoins long time ago and first of them was in September 2020, and last one in April of this year, they asked for statement from 2020 September, I sent them and later they ask hush from this transaction I bought it, but it was old wallet I'm not using long time, and sent them also purchase from bank account in last month for more than one bitcoin and sent them hush of this purchase. And NOW they are telling me it's not source of funds and they need hush from 2020... ridicilous, they are holding my funds for such a long time and I provided everything !!! Is it scam or what ???

Used their service like 10 times over the past month and never had any issues. Good experience, easy to use and helpful customer support. Perhaps the best DEX out there.
