Counterfeit Products
I want an immediate refund please - this is not acceptable at all. The pack you sent me is clearly tampered with. I am not accepting these goods, it is an absolute disgrace. How can you send out resealed packs? It has glue visible on the seal. I want a full refund, return label and my credit put back please. Tried messaging but no answer.

Dont buy older single packs! I now bought at the second time older single booster at chaos cards, I gave it a second chance, but there are again no hits!

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the packs you received. All of the packs we sell are form official suppliers and either from sealed booster boxes or other similar opened items. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee of any particular card in a booster pack and we have witnessed good and bad openings in all of the time we have been trading.

Brought sealed Blisters in the black friday sale for them to tell me they had an issue on the system and the items are no longer in stock. Tried to rectify it by giving me booster packs in their place and and additional 1 of. The booster packs even now after black friday are not to the equivalent value the boosters are right now the value i purchased the blisters for during black friday i could of got them much cheaper than the blisters that I purchased and I purchased these for my personal collection. Would not offer any additional item or items in their place just booster packs. Have since cancelled the whole order and am extremely disappointed. I have been a customer of chaos for a long time and spent loads of money on products using them. After this experience I will not be using them again! Disgusting Service

Sadly as you've mentioned in your review one of the items in your order - The Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Paradox Rift: BLISTER Booster Pack Armarouge - was found to be unavailable at the time of preparing your order for dispatch. This was discovered to be due to a system error that resulted in the over-selling of the product.
Upon discovering this issue, we promptly contacted affected customers, including yourself, and extended our sincere apologies. In an effort to make amends, we offered to replace the unavailable item with an equal quantity of standard Pokemon Paradox Rift booster packs, along with an additional pack as a token of our apology. It's worth noting that at the time of purchase, during our Black Friday Sales, the items were listed at equal value.
We understand that you declined this offer, exercising your right to do so, and you proposed an alternative solution of receiving replacement Blister booster packs with different artworks. Unfortunately, as communicated in our email response, we no longer have any remaining stock of the Scarlet and Violet Paradox Rift BLISTER booster packs of any variety, making this option unfeasible.
In lieu of this, we presented the option of a refund for the unavailable items, which would have allowed the dispatch of the other items in your order. However, you also declined this offer and requested the cancellation and refund of the entire order, a request that we promptly processed for you.
While we strive to prevent any customer dissatisfaction, we acknowledge that no system is flawless, and errors may occur. In such instances, we are committed to rectifying the situation to the best of our ability, as demonstrated in this case.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and regret that we were unable to find a mutually agreeable solution. If you wish to discuss this matter further, please feel free to reach out to us.
Slow Delivery
Ordered 3 parts of a game from 3 different stores.
The other 2 stores delivered even before Chaos had dispatched item.
Since the core of the game was ordered from Chaos I wont be playing it over the weekend.
Will use again if can't purchase from elsewhere.

Money Grabbers
I contacted ChaosCards to ask if they would be taking preorders for a new product being released, as I was aware it would be difficult to get. They told me they wouldn't be taking preorders for it and instead would be putting it up for sale on the date of release. They then changed their mind and put the product up for preorder on their site, which was subsequently scalped. After contacting customer service to find out why this had happened and to air my frustration was basically told "we're sorry for the confusion caused" and that was it. Disgusting customer service and a deplorable company. Will never be purchasing from them again.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way regarding the customer service you have received and the sale of an item.
Lorcana is an incredibly popular item right now, meaning all stock is in extremely high demand. At the point of writing we have stock for approximately 1% of the customers who are interested in it, so we are doing all we can to manage expectations for this item.
When you first emailed us we did not have any knowledge of how much stock we would receive, and so, we had no plans to put it up for pre-order (which is what we told you). As a company we do all we can to avoid taking orders and money from customers only to disappoint them further down the line by cancelling due to stock not arriving, so we do not put up any pre-order until our stock allocations are confirmed and/or the stock is in our building. Unfortunately, we rarely get this information until the very last minute- sometimes only when stock physically arrives, meaning it is very difficult to accurately forecast sales of the most popular items.
Earlier this week we received our Lorcana stock, meaning we were then able to list it for pre-order. We did not announce or market this, simply as the demand outstretched supply so enormously, we knew that unfortunately some customers would be disappointed regardless. We are very sorry that you have missed out and we appreciate how disappointing this must be, but we are currently limited by our suppliers and the levels of stock that is available to us.
Our payment system tests for bots very rigorously. Whilst of course we do not support scalpers, unfortunately, like any retailer, we also cannot police what any individual chooses to do with the items they purchase from us.

Lotr gift bundle arrived on time and pulled some great singles. Was at least £30 cheaper from here compared to other stores like total cards ect. Pulled 2 one rings also!

The card selection is great, wide range of payment methods and delivery was super quick! There was an issue whereby the amazon payment method automatically selected an address of a friends that I had a present delivered to however, I emailed and received a reply the next morning before the cards were shipped out. Great web store
The high street store isn't what it used to be - I enjoyed visiting and browsing the myriad of games on the shelves but in-store stock is now drastically less than before.
The web store, however, is great; easy to navigate and find the products I'm looking for, stock status is visible, and the postage rates are fair. The only niggle I have is that sometimes it takes a while to despatch an order for an item that's in stock, but this is quite rare.
