Absolutely fantastic!
We went on a Saturday and I’m so indecisive that we went back Sunday and Monday to look again. The salesman Iain was absolutely wonderful. There was no pressure, he answered all of the questions (some of the more than once). He was happy to let us test drive as many vehicles as we needed to, in fact he encouraged it to make sure our decision was right. We ordered the car on the Tuesday and it was ready for Friday.
On collection Iain was there to confirm all of the details, answer more questions and talk us through everything. Based on other showroom experience i was really reluctant but Iain made the whole experience quite enjoyable and is defiantly the reason we went with Chapelhouse for our purchase.
We bought a great car for a good price with great help.
Defiantly recommend them.

ONCE YOUVE BOUGHT A CAR FROM CHAPEL HOUSE SAINT HELENS THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW.
I Bought a kia several years ago. At the time I purchased a servicing plan. Most years on my annual service I book in as per normal (warning expect at least 4-6weeks to get a slot). A week before the service I inevitably get a call. The conversation goes some thing like, were sorry but due to sickness we need to reschedule or due to computer error we've booked to many cars in!
It's laughable it's a yearly occurrence.
On this occasion I booked my car in for a boot repair (under warranty) usual performance won't see it at the weekend has to be through the week.
So I book a day off work and low and behold literally a week before, I get the phone call! This time I recognised the number and answered by stating no your not canceling 🤣 and sure enough that's what they wanted to do.
After a complaint to head office it was agreed I would be seen as previously agreed.
I dropped my car off at 8.30am and as they havnt given me a car to return home I've sat here all day, it's now 2.30 my car hasn't moved. I enquired as to how they will have time to fix the issue/order a part to be told rather bluntly it will only be looked at today!
So another day's holiday will have to be taken.
The years following my car purchase have been frustrating with CHAPEL HOUSE ST HELENS (DIFFICULTY BOOKING IN/ CANCELATION OF APPOINTMENTS/ OVER INFLATTED PRICES more on that at the end or review) but the worst of it is the way your spoken too. Absolutely no empathy or care. Their attitude appears to be if you don't like it go else were. I initially thought I'd been unlucky and it was just my experience but having sat in the waiting area and listened to the receptionist on the phone, it's clear to see my experience is wide spread.
The wait for my car continues.....
Ps as for over inflated prices.
My service plan is now over.
If I pay chapel house for a service it comes at an increased cost.
If I go on kia site and book through them it's considerably cheaper and the kicker is it's done in the same place by the same people using the same products (make of that what ya will)
15:20 Up date been here since 08.30 just approached reception to ask for progress report. She disappeared and came back saying struggling to fix issue at present. I then went outside to see a man getting into my car about to drive it into workshop. It hasnt even been looked at yet (place is a joke)
Today's end result unable to fix problem, they need the car for another day, which means I need to take another days holiday. No curtesy car available no offer of home pick up.

My daughter bought a car on Saturday and the salesman Tony deserved a medal. He was with us for about 3 hours, helped us looking at insurances, took her out twice on a test drive. He’s was amazing
