I wanted to write a review to say how pleased I was with the service I received from Chapelhouse St Helens yesterday, I had previously booked my MOT over the phone. On arrival, I met Rebecca on the service desk who was professional and friendly, making sure all my details were correct. I then picked up my car later in the day after the work had been done. Alex had carried out the MOT and the query I had thoroughly. I'm very pleased with the service I received from both Rebecca and Alex. They are both a credit to Chapelhouse.

I bought an MG3 NAVI because of its 7 year warranty. It is now 5 years old and has always been serviced by Chapel House, which they never completely fill in the Service History Book. I have enjoyed the car but the Chapel House Customer Service is abysmal. I've had numerous minor mostly electrical faults. Which I report, they rearly call back. So I go in and eventually they get sorted. However, my latest problem is with the Navigation System, it no longer has any maps and they say it needs a new screen. Which is somewhat of a problem as I go to The Netherlands and France frequently. Despite the 7 year warranty, no call back to my calls, they showed me a document quoting system failures are not covered after a time or 45,000 mile's, my MG3 has done less than 25,000. So what use is the 7 year warranty. No advice was given as to how I get my car fixed, totally useless Customer Service. I had asked for the MG Customer Service number, which I suspect will just refer me back to Chapel House. NEVER AGAIN will I buy a car from Chapel House.

Bought my Suzuki Swift after looking around for a couple of months trying to decide which smaller car would be best for me.
I made a number of visits looking at cars and each time was left to browse at my leisure with the assurance I could call on the sales staff available if and when I needed help or more information.
Earlier this week I made another visit where Mason assisted me when I looked at a number of cars which suited my needs. He gave help and guidance on various cars and after one in particular took my interest, he arranged a test drive. Following a good drive around and having arrived back at Chapel House deciding that was the car for me, he guided me through the part exchange and buying processes making everything so relaxed and easy.
I collected my new car a few days later which was also an easy process.
Many thanks to Mason for all your help and assistance throughout the process- you really are an asset to Chapel House.
Also thanks to Steve who gave help on a previous visit - your time and assistance were also greatly appreciated.

Took my mobility car in for annual service and to have DAB radio upgraded , had no telephone call to say when we could collect so we went to the showroom , unfortunately there was a fault with the DAB so was told we could bring it back which we did the following Friday , the girl on reception Nicole had no idea what we was talking about when we returned the car ,after explaining she took the keys from us but didn't fill us with much confidence.Yet again no one had contacted us with any update so we had to go back to collect the car only to find out it hadn't been touched and was still in the same spot we had left it. After yet another visit the week after ,the 3rd visit with the car to have the DAB fixed Nicole still didn't have a clue what we were doing as again not one person contacted us with any update we had to return to see if our car was ready .The whole service has been an utter farce , the service is so unprofessional we have always previously been happy with Chapel House unfortunately this time it's been horrendous and I won't be getting any other car from them

I took my Suzuki Swift into Chapelhouse St Helens today for its annual service and MOT.
I received excellent customer service from Rebecca on reception. I explained that, should my vehicle require any repairs, I would need to be informed in advance due to my current financial situation.
Shortly after leaving my vehicle with the team, I received a video message from Chapelhouse giving me a visual and audio overview of the initial checks performed on the car. Rebecca subsequently contacted me to let me know about a minor repair that was necessary for it to pass the MOT.
When I returned to collect the car, I found it had been thoroughly valeted - always a wonderful bonus!
Thank you for a positive experience Chapelhouse. I am a happy customer!
