We can’t thank Tom at Chapelhouse…

We can’t thank Tom at Chapelhouse Southport enough. He has genuinely helped us out as a family in a big way. From start to finish, Tom was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to support us, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble, and his understanding and care really stood out. A true credit to Chapelhouse — we’re so grateful for everything he’s done for us.

Chapelhouse Southport poor

Absolutely poor experience again. Given wrong quote initially, £100 more!! Car was in at 8.00 for an early service Mot, not ready till 4.30, no valet or car washed. No call to say it was ready, I rang at 2pm told they would ring back with up date, nothing. Rang again an hour later told nearer to 5pm. With out Julie's customer care would have been shocking, she made huge effort under staffed. This is not first time. Sales Department poor to don't seem interested enough to follow up interest. Also when you buy a used car there no after care at all, that's it they have your money.

Excellent service from Richard and his…

Excellent service from Richard and his team in Warrington. A very friendly relaxed polite and professional experience from start to finish with no pressure at any time and Callum kept me informed of everything along the way prior to pick up. A Very smooth and comfortable buying experience - highly recommend.

Inaccurate website and time wasted

The problem with the website is they don't put where the cars are located. Travelled to Bolton to find car wanted to look at was in Southport. Other car was in Wigan. The person in Bolton looked it up and said looking at telephone number based in Wigan. Travelled to Wigan. Salesman said car was sold day before. Why don't they update the website also there was nothing in car windscreen to say sold. That's very poor and the company needs to improve.

Dan couldn’t have been any better! Such an angel! He made sure every need was catered for every step of the way and was available at all times to contact over any enquiries.

I have been buying a new car froChapelhouse

I have been buying a new car from Chapel House - an Omada 9. Had a great experience dealing with Dan Gargan who is a Sales Executive in the team. Knew everything about the car and showed my through everything I needed to know so I could drive it away and had a good experience. The rest of the team were also very helpful and welcoming.
I would absolutely recommend Dan if you are thinking or buying from Chapel House. I would also recommend the Omada brand. So far, a brilliant car.

I bought a new Jaecoo in December and both the car and the service I received from the dealership have been fantastic, especially Matt in sales and the young lady in the service desk.

My experience with chapel house…

My experience with chapel house southport Omoda / Jaecoo was a pleasant one, i asked for a lot (and i mean a lot!) of questions and all the chaps couldnt do anymore for me, Aiden, Dan and Philip were outstanding, a nice bunch of lads who were very knowledgable and also not pushy, you have a customer for life if that is how you treat customers, thank you!

Upgrading our car

We had a phone call to upgrade our car. Leeah (part of the sales team) was amazing, our car was late arriving and when it did arrive did have a problem. Leeah kept us as up to date as possible through the process. When realising our car wouldn't be fixed soon, she gave us the option of the same car just a different colour and made sure everything was pushed through quickly due to the long wait. Ray (another part of the sales ream) just told us what we wanted to hear, telling us as soon as our car arrived we could collect, but this wasn't the case. However, when the newer car was being pushed through he was quick with sorting out our new finance agreement.

I couldn't recommend Leeah enough, she did the best she could in a difficult situation.

I didn’t purchase the car direct from Joey at Chapelhouse, however the car was brought it from another dealership he was ever so helpful friendly and professional. I would highly recommend his services. 5 star ⭐ everyday for joey.

Picked up my MG HS 23 December 2026. Can’t recommend highly enough the superb service I received from Ash (sales ) & Barry (sales manager) . I felt I was listened to by Ash when I was quite specific in the type & colour of car I was interested in. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the Team . Ash & Barry were always available to offer any help . Trade in & pickup all handled quickly & smoothly . I’ve even been back a few times with questions on help with settings in the car & they’ve always helped me straight away . So refreshing to deal with a company that treats a female with the same courtesy as a male. Can’t thank them enough & I love my new MG
